【摘要】 党的十六届四中全会提出了“和谐社会”的概念，并把构建和谐社会作为我国社会主义建设的重要任务和奋斗目标。思想政治工作是我党一切工作的生命线，在当前构建社会主义和谐社会的目标下，如何适应构建和谐社会的要求，进一步深化、拓展、创新思想政治工作，不断提高巩固马克思主义指导地位的能力，是当前思想政治工作面临的一个崭新课题。而高等学校思想政治教育理论与实践则是该课题的一个重要组成部分。加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作，促进大学生全面和谐发展，是构建和谐社会的必然要求。大学生思想政治教育工作在构建社会主义和谐社会中发挥着巨大的功能，起着不可替代的作用。 为使我们对构建和谐社会目标下的大学生思想政治教育工作的认识更富有针对性和现实性，需要以构建和谐社会的理念来认识大学生思想政治教育，找到“不和谐”的症结所在；通过对“不和谐”现象成因的分析，探求加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的基本要求、基本原则及具体实践方向，使大学生树立科学发展、和谐发展的思想观念，真正做到与时代同步伐、与祖国同命运、与人民同奋斗，为全面建设小康社会贡献力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 4^th plenary meeting of the 16^th congress of CPC advocates the conception of "Harmonious Society", and taking the construction of harmonious society as the important task and definite goal of constructing the socialism of our country. The ideological and political work is the life line of all works for our Party, and under the present goal of construction of harmonious society of socialism, how to adapt to the requirements of construction of harmonious society, to deepen, develop and innovate the ideological and political work further, and to improve and reinforce the capacity of the guidance position of Marxism continuously, is a new problem encountered by the ideological and political work at present. However, the theory and practice of the ideological and political education of colleges and universities is the important constituent of this problem. To strengthen and improve the work of undergraduates’ ideological and political education, promote the all-round and harmonious development for the undergraduates, is the definite demand for the construction of harmonious society. The work of the undergraduates’ ideological and political education plays the tremendous role in construction of harmonious society of socialism, which takes the non-substitutable effect.In order to make us have pertinence and reality for recognizing the work of the undergraduates’ ideological and political work, under the goals of the construction of harmonious society, it need use the idea of the construction of harmonious society to know the undergraduates’ ideological and political education, and find where the "unharmonious" sticking point is; through analysis of the cause of "harmonious" phenomenon, seek the basic requirement, basic principle, and concrete practice direction for strengthening and improving the work of the undergraduates’ ideological and political education, which makes the undergraduates set up the idea and conception of scientific development and harmonious development, really living up to the same step with times, the same fate with motherland, the same endeavor with people, contributing to complete construction of affluent society.更多还原
