防区外联合攻击武器系统作战效能评估与分析

【摘要】 防区外联合攻击武器系统效能评估涉及技术的跨学科性、涉及问题的跨部门性以及导弹仿真所采用的建模方法和编程规范的多样性,从本质上决定了导弹效能评估系统结构的复杂度。作战效能反映了武器系统最本质的特征,是一个重要的综合性评价指标。武器系统的作战能力是通过作战效能指标来进行评估、分析和对比的。基于防区外导弹的特点以及攻击任务要求,对导弹武器系统的精度、效能和效费比等都进行了详细的研究。 本文首先对防区外导弹武器系统的全弹道进行仿真;以红外成像制导导弹为背景,研究导弹武器系统的动力学、运动学、控制系统和目标运动等模型,对导弹的飞行过程进行仿真分析。然后讨论了导弹的落点精度及落点散布的统计规律。在此基础上确定了空对面导弹精度分析的总体思路,即从火控系统和制导系统两个方面来分析导弹武器系统的精度,并以落点精度作为精度分析的评定指标。运用WESIAC模型对导弹作战效能进行评估。提出能力矩阵在指标的权重采用层次分析法给出的基础上,应用幂指数法进行分析研究,并给出了相应的算法。防区外导弹的费用分析是系统分析的重要内容。基于武器装备全寿命费用分解结构的基础上,运用工程费用法对导弹的全寿命费用进行了预测,构建了详细的预测方法。最后研究了目标毁伤特性,对目标特性和目标易损性进行了分析,从侵彻爆破型战斗部和破片式杀伤型战斗部两个方式研究了目标的毁伤算法。本文简单介绍了仿真软件,在各种条件下做了大量仿真试验,并对结果进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The combat effectiveness of standoff missile weapon system is a complex problem. The quality of interdisciplinary and the multiform of the modeling and programming all incarnate the complication of the system in the effective evaluation of missile. The combat effectiveness reflects the basic character of weapon system, which is an important index. The capability of weapon system is evaluated, analyzed and contrasted by the index of combat effectiveness. Based on the characteristics of standoff missile and the roles it takes on, this paper studied on the precision, effective and effective-cost ratio of missile system.First, this paper simulated the complete trajectory of standoff missile. Taking the IR imaging control missile as background, we have studied the missile’s models of dynamics, kinematics, command and target movement. The whole flying process has been simulated and analyzed. Then, this paper studied on the precision of random fall points and the statistical regularity of fall point distribution. Based on this, confirmed the collectivity consideration of precision analysis. The precision is analyzed in the way of fire control system and guiding system, and used the precision of random fall points as the index. The paper made use of WESIAC method evaluated the system effective, gained the capacity matrix through power series based on gained the power assignment employed AHP, and gave the algorithm. The cost analysis of standoff missile is one part of important content of system analysis. Based on the life cycle cost analysis, this paper forecasted the life cycle cost of the missile through Engineering Cost Method, and constructed detail forecast methods. At last, studied the characteristic of target damage, studied the vulnerability and lethality of the targets. Studied the algorithm from the form of penetrate explosion and fragmentations kill warhead. This paper introduced the simulation software, made out lots of experiments in all kinds of conditions, and analyzed the results.
