茶多酚复方制剂降脂保肝作用研究

【摘要】 本试验选用茶多酚、茶氨酸、鱼腥草和牛至油4种中草药组合成茶多酚复方制剂,设计茶多酚预防试验、治疗试验和防治试验,测定血液TC、TG、HDL、LDL、AST、ALT、ALP和肝脏LI、TC、TG、FFA、MDA、SOD指标,并制作肝脏病理切片和ICAM-1免疫组化切片,观察其对高脂日粮饲喂诱导的高血脂肝损伤大鼠的降脂保肝效果。 1.预防试验结果表明茶多酚复方制剂在预防停药2周内可以通过提高肝脏抗氧化性能预防高血脂、减少肝脏脂肪沉积,但是停药2周后预防作用消失。 2.治疗试验结果表明茶多酚复方制剂在高血脂和肝损伤形成以后添加,可以通过诱导增加胆汁排泄、修复肝细胞和提高抗氧化性能等作用加快高血脂和肝损伤大鼠的康复。 3.防治试验结果表明茶多酚复方制剂可以明显降低高血脂肝损伤大鼠血液TC、TG、LDL、AST、ALT、ALP和肝脏LI、TC、TG、FFA、MDA水平,提高血液HDL和肝脏SOD水平。免疫组化试验表明茶多酚能显著降低大鼠肝脏ICAM-1阳性表达。同期治疗主要通过减少脂质的吸收、增加肝脏胆固醇排泄、调节脂蛋白代谢促进胆固醇代谢和转化、加速甘油三酯的代谢和转化、降低FFA对肝脏细胞的毒害和损伤作用、修复稳定肝细胞和减少细胞黏附分子ICAM-1的表达几个途径降脂保肝。

【Abstract】 In this experiment, Design Tea-polyphenols Compound prevention, treating, prevention while treating 3 experiments. And the tea-polyphenols Compound was made from tea-polyphenols,L-Theanine, Herba Houttuynia, Origanum Vulgare 4 kinds of Chinese medicine . The blood TC,TG,HDL,LDL,AST,ALT,ALP and hepatic TC,TG,FFA,MDA,SOD was measured .The pathological change of the hepatic tissue was observed,and the immunohistochemistry was used to assess the expression of ICAM-1 to investigate the mechanism and effect of Tea-polyphenols Compound Decrease Blood Lipid and Protecte Liver of hyperlipidemia rats induced by high fat diet.1.Prevention experiment show that Tea-polyphenols Compounds can Decrease Blood Lipid and Protecte Liver of hyperlipidemia rats through Antioxidation in 2 weeks,but this prevention disappear after 2 weeks..2.Treats experiment show that the tea-polyphenols Compound treat can can Acceleration hyperlipidemia and Liver damage modle rats recover through inducted increase bile excretion, Repairs the liver cell and Anti-oxidation. 3.The treating and preventing experiment show that Tea-polyphenols Compounds can decrease blood TC、TG、LDL、 AST、ALT、ALP and hepatic LI、 TC、TG、FFA、 MDA, Enhances blood HDL and hepatic SOD. Immunohistochemistry experiment show that Tea-polyphenols Compounds can significant decrease rats hepatic ICAM-1 masculine expressionAU this effect relation to the tea-polyphenols reduced the lipin absorption,increased hepatic cholesterol excretion, adjust lipoprotein metabolism promotion cholesterol metabolism and transformed,acceleration triglyceride metabolism and the transformation,reduces FFA damage the liver cell, repair and sTab. liver cell and reduced cell adheres molecular ICAM-1 expression.
