不同硒源及硒水平对肉仔鸡生产性能和血液抗氧化指标的影响

【摘要】 传统的补硒方法是在日粮中添加亚硒酸钠、硒酸钠等形式的无机硒。无机硒虽价格低廉、含硒量高,但毒性大、使用剂量难掌握且吸收转化率低,还具有氧化作用,一些国家已限制无机盐形式硒作为硒的营养补充剂,而广泛使用有机硒。选用肉鸡新的硒源和确定其合适的添加水平对肉鸡生产具有重要意义。本试验旨在比较蛋氨酸硒和亚硒酸钠对我国优质肉鸡的饲养效果,探讨良凤花肉鸡硒适宜的添加水平。试验设计:2种硒源,3水平按两因素完全随机分组法分组,每个处理组合下四个重复。两种硒源分别为亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)、蛋氨酸硒(Se-Met)。硒水平:0.13mg·kg-1水平(不加任何硒源)、0.28mg·kg-1水平(基础日粮+0.15mg·kg-1水平的硒)、0.43mg·kg-1(基础日粮+0.30 mg·kg-1水平的硒)。选用340只1日龄良凤花雏鸡为试验动物,试验分前、后两阶段(3-31日龄、32-56日龄),每个试验期结束时进行生产性能指标的测定。分别在试验28天(31日龄)、试验53天(56日龄)每组选体重相近的肉鸡6羽,共30羽,禁食12小时,进行屠宰试验、滴水损失测定试验和血清抗氧化指标测定试验。在试验的第31天(34日龄)进行代谢试验,测定硒的表观存留率。 试验结果表明: (1)蛋氨酸硒和亚硒酸钠对肉仔鸡生长速度、饲料报酬、产肉性能(屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率)均无显著差异(P>0.05)。 (2)日粮0.13mg·kg-1、0.28mg·kg-1、0.43mg·kg-1水平的硒对肉仔鸡生长速度、饲料报酬、产肉性能(屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率)均无显著差异(P>0.05)。 (3)滴水损失测定、血清抗氧化指标测定试验结果可以显示,蛋氨酸硒有提高肉质的趋势,其添加量以0.15mg·kg-1硒添加水平为宜(以硒计为0.28mg·kg-1)。

【Abstract】 This Experiment was conducted to investigate the most optimum selenium source and suitable addition level for broiler by feeding experiment、 slaughter experiment and metabolize experiment、 serum physiological and biological indices analysis experiment. A 2 X 2 factorial arrangement of treatments in a completely random design was conducted at two phases: prophase and anaphase (3-31days, 32-56days) using a total of 340 1day-old Liang Fenghua boilers. Two sources of (Sodium selenite and Selenomethionine) were add at 0mg·kg-1, 0.15 mg·kg-1, 0.3 mg·kg-1 to corn-soybean meal diets to study effect of different Se source and concentration on the production performance. At day 31 and day 56, six broilers in each repli(?)tion were slaughtered to determine carcass trait and meat quality. At the same time, various tissues and blood samples were collected. The basal diet of prophase and anaphase were containing 0.13 mg·kg-1 Se. At day 31, the apparent retention of selenium rate of different Se sources and different Se levels was studied based on the metabolism experiment. The results showed that:1. Se source had no any effect (P>0.05) on growth rate、 feed conversion efficiency, meat production (Carcass rate、 Half eviscerating rate、 Total eviscerating rate、 Breast muscle rate, Leg muscle rate).2. Se levels had no any effect (P>0.05) on growth rate, feed conversion efficiency, meat production (Carcass rate、 Half eviscerating rate、 Total eviscerating rate、 Breast muscle rate、 Leg muscle rate).3. According to the result of the drip loss measured trial and the whole serum antioxidation indexes measured trial, Se-Met can improved meat quality, the level of 0.28 mg·kg-1 has the good perfo rmance.
