1-H-1,2,4-三氮唑衍生物的合成、表征及杀菌活性研究

【摘要】 三唑类化合物因具有广泛的生物活性而备受重视,已有许多品种作为杀菌剂、植物生长调节剂和药物得到开发和应用。结构不同的三唑化合物具有不同的生物活性,研究开发新结构类型的三唑类化合物已成为该类化合物的研究热点。 本论文对三唑类化合物的结构、合成、作用机制、构效关系及生物活性研究进展进行了综述,利用生物电子等排原理,将不同作用机制的活性基团引入三唑类化合物中,设计合成了三种结构类型共21个新三唑衍生物。其结构类型如下: 我们对所合成的化合物通过核磁共振氢谱(~1H NMR)、红外(IR)、质谱(MS)、元素分析(EA)等表征手段进行了结构表征,并对培养出的四个化合物的单晶通过X-射线衍射分析进行结构测定,确证了化合物的结构,并探索了化合物的反应机制及合成方法。采用离体平皿法测试了化合物的杀菌活性,结果表明,合成化合物具有一定的杀菌活性。部分化合物采用Gaussian 03程序进行了量化计算,初步探讨了其活性与结构的关系。

【Abstract】 Triazole compounds have been found to show wide spread biological activities, many of them have been developed and used as fungicides, plant growth regulators and medicine. Triazole compounds have been the most important of types of fungicides in nitrogen heterocyclic compounds. Different structures of triazole compounds have different biological activities, developing novel structural triazole compounds is the research focus on at present.In this thesis, We have reviewed the recent advances in the studies on the structures, synthesis, action mechanism, structure-activity relationship and fungicidal activities of triazoles, different active groups of action mechanism were inducted into the triazole compounds according to the concept of bioisosterism. Twenty-one novel triazole compounds in three types of structure were designed and synthesized. They aresummarized as follows:Their structures were confirmed by means of ~1H NMR, IR, MS, EA and X-ray determination (four single crystals of these compounds were obtained) and the reaction mechanism and the better synthetic method were discussed.
