新型含均三唑及噻二唑基团的三唑类化合物的合成、表征及生物活性研究

【摘要】 三氮唑类化合物是一类重要的有机杀菌剂,以其高效、广谱、内吸等特点而倍受青睐,本论文对三唑类化合物的研究进展进行了综述,利用生物电子等排原理,将不同作用机制的活性基团引入三唑类化合物中,设计合成了两个系列的化合物。 在以合成的2-(1H-1,2,4三氮唑)基乙酰肼的基础上,以异硫氰酸苯酯,2-溴-1-芳基(或烷基)乙酮为中间体合成了含有均三唑的13个新型化合物,并通过IR、~1H NMR、MS、EA进行了测定,确证了化合物的结构。成功培养了所得化合物的四个单晶,通过X-射线衍射分析对这四个化合物的微观结构进行了表征。在此基础上对所合成化合物的理化性质、谱学性质、反应条件、合成方法进行了分析、比较。生物活性测试表明,所合成的新化合物均显示出一定的生物活性,苯环中处于对位的二氯取代能使生物活性有所提高。 以2-(1H-1,2,4三氮唑)基乙酰肼,二硫化碳,溴(氯)代芳基乙酮为原料合成了含有噻二唑的7个新型化合物,通过IR、~1H NMR、MS、EA对化合物的结构进行了表征,对其理化性质、谱学性质、反应条件、合成方法进行了分析、比较。生物活性测试表明在碳骨架不变的情况下,当苯环上为2,5-二氯取代时对一些病菌的杀菌效果较好,并对其结构与活性关系进行了初步分析。
【Abstract】 As an important type of fungicides, triazole compounds are highly efficient, broad spectrum and inward-absorbent. In this paper, we have reviewed the recent advances in the studies on the structures, synthesis, action mechanism, structure-activity relationship and biological activities of triazoles, different active groups of action mechanism were inducted into the triazole compounds according to the concept of bioisosterism. Triazole and thiadiazole were introduced into the structures of triazoles compounds and twenty novel triazole compounds were synthesized in two types.Thirteen triazole compounds have been synthesized by synthesized 2-(lH-l,2,4 traziol) acetylhydrazine, phenyl isothiocyanate and then characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and ~1H NMR spactra. There single crystals of four compounds have been obtained successfully and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Base of these, the properties of physical chemical and spectroscopy of these compounds are systematically investigated. The reaction methods and reaction conditions have been compared, investigated and analysized. The results of bioassay indicate that most of these compounds have some biological activities. The biological activitie is improved when two p-hydrogen atoms on the benzene ring are substitued by chlorine atoms.Seven compounds of thiadrazole derivative are synthesized by 2-(1H-1,2,4 traziol) acetylhydrazine, carbon disulfide, bromo(chlorine)-aoetophnone, and characteried by IR, ~1H NMR, MS, EA. The properties of physical chemical ,spectroscopy, the reaction methods and reaction conditions of these compounds are systematically investigated
