喷墨印刷水转印技术的研究

【摘要】 水转印技术是利用水的压力将图文披覆在三维立体表面上进行转移印刷的工艺技术。本论文研究水转印技术的各项工艺参数,在制膜工艺中,采用流延法制膜,配置聚乙烯醇与甘油的混合溶液,研究溶液粘度的影响因素及聚乙烯醇薄膜的溶解性能与薄膜厚度、溶解水温、甘油质量分数、水解液浓度等的关系,以及薄膜的力学性能、溶解变形量的影响因素。在制版工艺中,利用Photoshop图像处理软件代替传统凹版印刷制版,研究图像分辨率与图像尺寸大小的关系,探讨了如何调整图像的色彩使其适合于在不同颜色的承印物上转印及打印参数的最佳设置。在转印工艺中,PVA膜做为水转印披覆膜,利用喷墨打印机在PVA膜上打印,在玻璃和PVC材质上,利用透明漆、光固化涂料及聚氨酯涂料分别进行预处理等不同工艺来实现水转印,最后对转印产品进行性能测试。证明通过Photoshop编辑后的图像利用喷墨机能够在自制的水转印薄膜上进行打印,并在一定工艺条件下能够在玻璃板和PVC板上进行转印。
【Abstract】 Water transfer technology is a sort of technology that it utilizing the water pressure make image adhere to the three-dimensional surface and transfer printing. In the article, the all kinds of technical parameter of water transfer have been researched, in the technics of the sheet production, using the technique of liquid pressure. It includes collocating the mixture solution of PVA and glycerin, researching the relation between influence coefficient of the solution viscosity and dissolving capability, such as the thickness of the sheet, the dissolving temperature, the quality distributing of glycerin, the concentration of the dissolving liquid, and the all influence coefficient about the mechanical function and dissolving distortion.In the techinics of making edition, utilizing the software of Photoshop instead of the traditional gravure technics, the relation between image resolving power and the dimension of image has been researched, and it discussing how to adjust the color of image to adapt to the best setting of print parameter in transferring and printing, on the loader of diverse color.In the techinics of transfer printing, using PVA as the water transfer sheet, using spray-ink printer to print to the PVA sheet, on the glass or PVC, and using transparent paint, light solidified dope and PU dope to pretreatment achieve the water transfer techinics. And the last step is testing the capability of the transfer product. It prove that using the image edited by Photoshop is able to print to the water transfer sheet made by us, using spray-ink printer, and in some technics codition, is able to print in glass board and PVC board.
