双喹啉配合物的制备、自组装行为及其发光性能研究

【摘要】 自从1987年C.W.Tang等人报道了以8-羟基喹啉铝(Alq3)为发光层制备的高亮度电致发光器件以来,有机金属配合物发光材料及其器件加工工艺成为有机电致发光领域的一个研究热点。但是其难加工、易结晶等缺点在一定程度上一直是限制其大规模应用的一个瓶颈。本文的第一部分工作正是基于改善8-羟基喹啉类有机金属配合物的加工性能而展开研究的。文中首次采用Witting-Horner反应合成了三种带有烷氧侧基的双喹啉-1,4-二乙烯基苯配体,并以配体和醋酸锌进行配位反应,制备了三种相应的双8-羟基喹啉配合物。这种将8-羟基喹啉金属配合物大分子化后制备的新型的发光材料,结合了有机金属配合物荧光性能好与高分子易加工的特点,同时克服了小分子8-羟基喹啉金属配合物容易结晶的不足。文中通过红外、核磁共振等方法明晰了聚合物的结构;通过紫外-可见吸收光谱分析、荧光光谱分析等测试手段测定了三种配体及其配合物在DMF溶液中的光物理性能。系统分析了不同侧烷氧基取代等因素对配体及其配合物光物理性能的影响。此外,采用紫外-可见吸收光谱分析以及原子力显微镜(AFM)手段研究了侧链带有甲氧基的双喹啉与锌离子的自组装情况。结果表明:①配合物较配体的最大紫外吸收峰和荧光发射峰都有所红移;②不同烷氧侧基对配体之间以及配合物之间的光物理性能有一定的影响,但是并不是随着侧基烷基链长的

【Abstract】 In the first part of this paper, three new ligands with bis(8-hydroxyquinoline) which were substituted by methoxy, butoxy and octoxy were synthesized by Witting-Horner reaction. Then the ligands were coordinated with zinc ion to prepare the corresponding zinc complexes. The ligands and complexes were characterized by Fourier Transform Infra-red spectroscopy (FT-IR), Proton Nuclear Magnetism Resonance (~1H-NMR), Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), etc. The photoluminescent performance of the ligands and complexes were investigated by fluorescence (PL). The influences of the different substituent to the photo-physical properties of the ligands and complexes were also studied. Uniform thin-film of bis(8-hydroxyquinoline) metal chelate were fabricated by self-assembly technique. The results are as follows:1) The UV-vis absorption and PL emission peak of complexes cause an obvious red-shift comparing to their corresponding ligands.2) The photo-physical properties of the ligands and complexes were
