【摘要】 我国企业意识到研发活动是提高企业核心竞争力的基础和关键，但我国企业的研发投入对公司业绩增长是否有正面促进作用还缺乏科学和一致的实证研究结论支持。目前相关的研究主要采用研发投入强度这一指标，选取的数据主观性强，统计口径不一，导致结论不一致，可信度比较低，所以作者认为有必要对此进行深入研究。 本文根据我国企业研发投入的现状，在对国内外R&D与技术创新、R&D理论以及R&D与技术创新、企业核心竞争力等相关理论进行研究和文献回顾的基础上，采用实证研究的方法，以2004年新成立的中小企业板32家上市公司为研究对象，利用公开发布的研发投入数据，选取研发投入绝对数额指标为因变量、主营业务收入等7个业绩变量为解释变量，构建了一个中小企业研发投入与公司业绩相关性研究模型，从成长性、盈利能力等方面对研发投入与公司业绩之间的相关关系进行了分析。 本文的实证研究发现：第一，研发投入能给企业带来良好的成长性；第二，研发投入能增强企业的核心竞争力并产生良好的经济效益；第三，研发投入对企业业绩增长有着长期效应。本文用具有更多还原

【Abstract】 Our enterprises have realized that R&D is the foundation and key of enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness. But whether R&D play a positive or negative role in promoting enterprise performance growth is lack of scientific and empirical research findings support, so the author considers it necessary to conduct in-depth studies.Current research mainly selected R&D investment intensity data as the indicators. Their conclusions’ credibility is relatively low because the data were inaccurate. Based on the R&D investment status of Chinese enterprises, the author researched R&D and technological innovation, R&D theory and the core competitiveness of enterprises, and other relevant theoretical literature review in the domestic and international .On the basis of empirical research methods, the author establish a research models to explain the relationship between SMEs’ R&D and the company performance based SME board established in 2004 from growing and profitability aspects.By empirical study, we found that there is significant relationship更多还原
