薄膜X射线测厚仪的设计与开发

【摘要】 测厚仪在薄膜生产行业中具有举足轻重的作用。它的精度直接影响到产品质量。随着生产需要对产品厚度的测量与质量控制提出了更高的要求,更显现出具有先进的理论,检测技术和高效高精度在线测厚仪器的重要性。而国内的大部分薄膜生产线采用的测厚仪都是国外进口设备,在成本,维护和使用上都有弊端,而国产的测厚仪器也存在着精度不高,功能不完善等的缺陷。 本文详细介绍应用在双向拉伸薄膜生产线上的X射线测厚仪的研制和设计过程。主要从三个方面对研制和设计作了详细介绍。 首先从X射线测厚仪的硬件结构进行描述,阐明各个硬件的组成和原理,并着重介绍了在设计中各个硬件的类型和功能实现。硬件方面主要从五个方面介绍:发射装置,接收装置,机械传动结构,控制系统,操作终端。介绍了它们的设计原理和构造,并重点介绍了控制系统的设计。通过硬件的描述和比较,也说明了此测厚仪的特点和长处。 其次从测厚仪的监控软件方面进行了描述,重点介绍了组态王的特点,及在实际产品中基于组态王二次开发出来的功能界面,如:主监控界面,系统配置界面,远程控制界面等。上位机监控系统也是整个测厚仪系统的重要组成部分,设计本着界面美观,功能实用,操作方便的思想。本文通过这些功能界面的介绍也体现了这些设计思想。 最后介绍了测厚仪的实际测试性能和技术指标,该产品已经成功

【Abstract】 A thickness gauge plays an important role in the plastic film product lines. Its accuracy determines the products’ quality .Most of thickness gauges using in domestic film product lines are imported, this gives a lot of inconveniences for maintainning,operation and cost,however,thickness gauges which made in China have some shortcomings ,such as poor accuracy and function.This paper gives a detailed introduction about our developing and designing process for X-ray thickness gauge using in biaxial oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film.Firstly, this paper describes the hardware system of the X-ray thickness gauge, explains the composition and principle of every hardware part, including five parts: emission device, reception device, mechanically-driven structure, control system and operation terminal. This part puts an important on explaining the control composition and control function design. By describing the hardware system, the thickness gauge’s characteristics and strong points is given out.Secondly, this paper also describes the monitoring software system of this device. This part puts an important on introducing a configuration software -Kingview,and the functional interfaces of the monitoring system based on the Kingview,such as: main monitoring interface, system configuration interface and remote control interface.Mornitoring system is
