丙烷CO2氧化脱氢制丙烯催化剂的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 本文以介孔分子筛SBA-15为载体,V和Cr为活性组分,采用浸渍法制备了不同V和Cr含量的V-Cr/SBA-15催化剂,研究了其对丙烷CO2氧化脱氢制丙烯反应的催化性能,采用XRD、BET、TPR等分析测试技术对催化剂的结构进行了表征。结果表明,催化剂中V和Cr活性组分高度分散在SBA-15分子筛表面,并且进入到分子筛孔道中。V、Cr单组分和双组分催化剂都具有较好的CO2氧化丙烷脱氢制丙烯的催化性能,并且V和Cr含量相同的双组分催化剂比单组分催化剂具有更高的催化活性。在V-Cr/SBA-15催化剂中,V和Cr之间存在一定的相互作用,进而改变了催化剂的氧化还原性能,提高了催化剂的催化性能。 同时,以FeCrAl合金薄片作为载体,经预氧化后,先涂覆一层Al2O3过渡胶体,然后涂覆V-Cr/SBA-15催化剂胶体,制备了V-Cr/SBA-15/Al2O3/FeCrAl金属基整体式催化剂,研究了其对丙烷CO2氧化脱氢制丙烯的催化性能,采用XRD、TPR研究了催化剂的结构特征。催化剂活性评价结果表明,V-Cr/SBA-15/Al2O3/FeCrAl金属基整体式催化剂有好的丙烷CO2氧化脱氢制丙烯催化性能,其中10V/SBA-15/Al2O3/FeCrAl具有很好的催化活性和高温稳定性,加入Cr活性组分后,催化剂对丙烷的转化率有所下降,但对丙烯的选择性以明显的提高。XRD结果表明,活性组分在催化剂的表面是高度分散的。TPR结果表明,V-Cr/SBA-15/Al2O3/FeCrAl金属基整体式催化剂中活性组分的还原温度比V-Cr/SBA-15催化剂的有所降低。

【Abstract】 A series of the V-Cr/SBA-15 catalysts with different V and Cr contents were prepared by the incipient wetness impregnation method. The structure of the catalysts was characterized by XRD, BET and TPR technique. The catalytic activity of the catalysts for the propane oxidative dehydrogenation with CO2 to propene was evaluated with a fixed bed reactor. The results show that the vanadium and chromium oxide were well dispersed on the surface of SBA-15 and the structure of the SBA-15 was not destroyed in the impregnation. The catalytic activity of the catalysts was depended on the loading of vanadium and chromium. All of the catalysts have good performance. The V and Cr bimetallic catalysts had better performance than that of the single metallic catalysts with the same content. The TPR results shown that there was the strong interaction between the vanadium oxide and the chromium oxide in the V-Cr/SBA-15 catalysts. This interaction remarkably changed the redox properties of the catalysts.Metallic support structured catalyst for propane dehydrogenation was prepared. First, a washcoat layer was built by high-temperature pre-oxidation with the FeCrAl alloy slices. Second, the Al2O3 colloid was impregnated repeatly on FeCrAl foils three times,. Then, the V-Cr/SBA-15/Al2O3/FeCrAl activated colloid were impregnated repeatly on FeCrAl foils, catalyst was prepared. The
