尼龙6/凹凸棒土(AT)纳米复合材料的制备及其结构与性能的研究

【摘要】 尼龙6是一种综合性能良好的工程塑料,它的高性能化倍受科研工作者的关注,一直是高分子材料理论与应用研究领域的热点;凹凸棒土(AT)是一种新型的天然纳米材料,对其性质和改性机理的研究直接关系到它的应用性能和工业前景。本文的目的是研制性能优良的尼龙6/AT纳米复合材料,并对复合材料的结构和性能进行研究和探讨。 本文采用了常用的聚合物螺杆挤出法(采用熔融挤出法),制备了AT填充尼龙6纳米复合材料,研究了凹凸棒土(AT)在尼龙6中的分散、AT填充尼龙6纳米复合材料的制备、结构与性能,探讨了AT表面改性及其填充尼龙6的机理,分析了AT在尼龙6中的分散机制,对尼龙6/AT纳米复合材料结晶行为进行了研究。 通过TEM观察,AT经过双螺杆的剪切,可以形成径向尺寸小于100nm的单晶或晶束分散在尼龙6中;通过改变AT的添加量、粒度、表面处理方式,考察了凹凸棒土尼龙6中的应用效果;通过复合材料的表观性能和力学性能的测试,微观结构和形貌的考察,傅立叶红外光谱以及热示分析表明,AT是尼龙6良好的填充剂。

【Abstract】 Nyloy 6 is a kind of useful engineering plastics, and the enhancement of the performance of nylon 6 is attracted great attention both in academia and industry. Attapulgite (AT) is a kind of novel natural nano-materials, and the surface modification of AT and its mechanism are crucial aspects for the application of AT in plastic industry. Nylon 6/AT nanocomposites and the relationship between the structure and properties of the composites were studied in this thesis.In present thesis nylon6/AT nanocomposites were prepared by extruding method. The dispersion of AT in the nylon6 matrix, the preparation methods of the composites, the relationship between the structure and properties of the resulted composites were studied.
