基于网络的主题资源学习社区研究与开发

【摘要】 资源建设是国家教育信息化逐步深入开展以来信息技术教育应用领域关注的一个焦点,无论是创设数字化环境提供资源服务还是进行自主探究协作学习,无一不以学习资源为中心展开。教育部在2000年实施“校校通”工程以来,校园网在全国大部分中小学已经建设起来。以“教育资源库建设”为线索的教育城域网、校园网教育教学应用,试图为进一步的教育教学应用提供各类数字化教育资源,一定程度上解决了“有路无车”的问题。然而,各个地方投入大量资金建设的各级资源库并没能得到充分有效的应用,其突出矛盾表现在资源的动态更新不够和脱离学校课堂教学实践。教学资源不能充分有效地应用到教学实践中将是制约教育信息化深入发展、有效推进素质教育和教学改革的重要障碍。 基于资源的学习、教育主题(专题)网站是目前教育信息化实践领域研究的一大热点,越来越多的专家和中小学的教师认识到资源和学习社区等理念对于学习的重要作用。然而,教师的良好愿景往往受制于当前教育资源库存在的诸多问题,可利用的主题资源尤其匮乏。该研究的目标在于改变资源利用率不高的现状,以主题资源单元为核心对教育资源进行重新挖掘和组织,打造主题资源网络学习社区,为信息化环境下的教和学服务,构建学习者真正的网上学习家园。 基于此,本研究以主题为核心对资源进行加工和整理,构建“基于网络的主题资源学习社区”。利用主题资源的开发构建一个集备课、教学、自主学习和产出式资源建设于一体的数字化网络资源应用环境,补充当前资源应用中纯被动静态应用方式的不足。将教育资源建设与学生为主体的活动结合起来,在生动的教与学的实践中发展和完善教育资源库,使教育资源建设成为以学生为中心的教育活动的组成部分。 教育资源库、教育主题网站以及虚拟学习社区等理念和技术是本主题资源学习的基础,论文首先归纳了作者对相关领域国内外现状的研究,并在此基础上指出这些领域今后的发展方向,进而提出并完整阐述了“主题资源学习社区”的理念。基于其基本概念和功能模型,笔者设计并开发了基于网络的主题资源学习社区系统,详细介绍了该系统的主要功能模块和开发技术。系统开发完成后,进行了初步的试用和评价,获取了大量丰富有价值的教学应用反馈和评价结果,这为系统今后的修改和进一步完善奠定了坚实的基础。最后论文对该研究过程中的成果做了总结和展望,主题资源学习社区的理念必将有力地推动新课程理念下信息化教学的发展。
【Abstract】 The construction of educational resources is one of the focuses in the e-learning area, which can provide resource service for the e-learning environment and learners’ self-access learning. Since Ministry of Education launched the "School to School Connection Network" plan in 2000 year, campus network has been built up all around the schools in China. Educational resource center (ERC) is the core part of the campus network, which is set up to support the classroom teaching and students’ self-access learning. However, most of the educational resource center constructed by the government hasn’t been successfully applied in the K-12 schools. That resources can’t be dynamic updated and properly used in classroom are the two main problems.Resources based learning and educational thematic website are two hot areas of current e-learning application researches. More and more experts and K-12 teachers have realized the importance of the resources and online learning communities for learning. On the contrary, there are still not enough useful resources and platforms, which can be successfully used in teaching, especially lack of thematic resources. As a result, this paper is aimed at reconstructing the educational resources according to the thematic resources unit, building a "Web-based Thematic Resources Learning Community".Thematic Resources Learning Community constructs an e-learning environment, providing online instructional design tools and learners’ self study platforms. The system combines the resources construction and student-centered activities, developing and updating the educational resources center during the vivid teaching and learning practices, so as to make the educational resources construction as part of the student-centered education.First of all, the author introduces the present research status of educational resources center, educational thematic website and Online Learning Community both here and abroad. Then the idea of "Thematic Resources Learning Community" is firstly brought up and explained in China. The paper illustrates the basic concept and function model of the Thematic Resources Learning Community, based on which a corresponding system is designed and developed. Finally, the Web-based Thematic Resources Learning Community system was put into practice for trial.
