项目管理在教师远程培训中的应用研究

【摘要】 在当前世界经济全球化、教育终身化的背景下,大力推进教师专业化,构建教师职前培养和在职培训的一体化是今后发展的趋势。教师远程培训是信息时代适应学习型社会需要的一种新型的培训方式,尚处于探索、发展时期。新型的教育方式需要新型的管理模式,良好的教育管理是保障培训质量的重要基石。 项目管理作为国内外相对成熟的理论和方法体系,有其系统的管理过程和工具、技能、方法,并正在与其它应用领域相结合,发挥着提高质量和效益的重要作用。“他山之石,可以攻玉”。在教师远程培训中应用项目管理,不论从理论上还是实践上都是十分必要的。同时,教师远程培训具有明显的项目特征,其管理过程也与项目管理的过程有很大的契合度,在远程培训中应用项目管理也有很大的可行性。 本文首先根据教师远程培训的现状和培训管理的发展要求,结合现代项目管理的概念、理论和方法,分析了教师远程培训中运用现代项目管理的必要性与可行性,提出把现代项目管理的理论与方法应用到教师培训的管理当中。在此基础上,根据项目管理的过程理论,将项目管理的五个阶段与教师培训的过程相结合,建立了教师远程培训项目管理的过程模型,并针对管理的各个阶段运用不同的管理工具和方法。最后,本研究将提出的原则和方法运用到具体实践当中进行检验,验证了上述原则和方法的可操作性和有效性。
【Abstract】 Nowadays, on the background of global economy and life-long education, it’s the future trend to promote teachers’ specialization and build the system of teachers’ preservice training and in-service training. At the information age, teachers’ training based on network is a new form needed by the learning society. It’s still during the researching and developing period. The new education mode requires new management mode. Good education management is the stone to guarantee the quality of teachers’ training.Project management is a mature system of theory and method at home and abroad. It has the systematic processes, tools, skills and methods. Combined with other application fields, now it exerts important effects for high quality and more benefits. It’s necessary both in theory and in practice to utilize the theory of project management during teachers’ training based on network. Furthermore, teachers’ training based on network, has obvious characters as projects. Its management process corresponds to the process of project management. Therefore, it’s very possible to apply the theory of project management during teachers’ training based on network.According to the actuality of teachers’ training based on network and the demands of its management, this thesis first analyzes the necessity and possibility of applying project management theory during teachers’ training based on network. It applies the theory and skills to the management of teachers’ training based on network. Furthermore, according to process theory of project management, this thesis combines five processes of project management with processes of teachers’ training based on network. Then it builds the process model of project management in teachers’ training based on network, and it offers different management tools and skills during each management process. At last, the research proved the means in practice and then validated the maneuverability and validity.
