【摘要】 都市农业从提出概念至今已经历几十年的发展历程，近年来我国也掀起了都市农业的理论研究与实践热潮。常州市新北区是我国典型的快速城市化地区，它的农业发展应该选择现代都市农业这条道路。本文通过对现代都市农业理论的研究，联系新北区农业发展现状条件，从产业功能定位与发展导向、产业结构调整、产业发展组织和空间总体规划等几个方面，分析新北农业的发展方向和路径选择，具有重要的现实意义。 本文在研究现代都市农业国内外相关理论的基础上，归纳总结出现代都市农业的内涵、特征、功能及发展情况，并进行现代农业与传统农业、都市农业与城郊农业的对比分析，明确现代都市农业的发展内涵。依托项目“常州市高新技术开发(新北)区现代都市农业建设发展规划”，在分析新北区社会和农业发展现状的基础上，提出农业产业结构调整的总体方案，按照主导产业、辅助产业、基础产业和新兴产业四大分类重新划分产业结构，并依次提出粮食、蔬菜瓜果、经济林果、花卉苗木等产业的具体调整措施。根据发展现代都市农业的内涵要求，提出应该转变农业产业发展组织模式和经营运作方式，以龙头企业、农业经济合作组织为主，逐步优化产业发展的规模组织和经营实体类型，用纵向一体化和横向一体化的产业经营运作方式，重塑生产经营体系。结合新北农业布局现状与城市规划，研究现代都市农业的空间发展结构。最后从转变农业观念、加大扶持力度、促进科学规划和培养人才队伍等几个方面，提出新北农业发展的对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development process of urban agriculture has already experienced several decades from the concept put forward up to now. Our country has started the research and practice of urban agriculture in recent years. Xinbei, in Changzhou city, is the typical model of fast urbanized city. The development of agriculture there should choose this road of modern urban agriculture. This thesis researches on the modern urban agriculture theories. It relays on the present condition of agriculture in Xinbei, analyses the functions and developing directions of agriculture industry, the adjustment of industry structure, the organization of industry development and regional planning. It has important realistic significance by giving the development direction and path choice of agriculture in Xinbei.On the basis of research towards the domestic and international related theory of modern urban agriculture, the thesis summarizes the content, characteristic, function and the development of modern urban agriculure. And carry on the contrast analysis between modern agriculture and traditional agriculture, urban agriculture and suburb agriculture. Relied on the project "The development planning of modern urban agriculture in Xinbei, Changzhou city", this thesis analysis the condition of the society and agriculture in Xinbei, put forward the total project that adjusts the agriculture industrial structure, according to grow the predominance industry, the assistant industry, the foundation industry and newly arisen industry, to re-divide the industrial structure. It also put forward the adjust measure for the industry of crop, vegetable, fruit, and flower and wood...etc. According to the content request of developing the modern urban agriculture, the thesis advances that the agriculture industry development organization mode and management should be changed. With leader business enterprise and agriculture economic cooperation organization, the scale of the industry development organization and the entity type should be gradually optimized. With industry management operation mood of vertical intergration and horizontal intergration, rebuild production management system. Considering Xinbei agriculture present layout condition and city planning, analyse the space stucture of the modern urban agriculture. Finally, brings forward some suggestions to progress Xinbei agriculture, such as promote the view about agriculture, increase the support strength for agricuture, advance the science planning, and train the team of talented persons, etc.更多还原
