【摘要】 区域经济合作的实质是区域经济利益增长在空间上的具体体现，通过区域经济合作可以有效实现区域间资源共享以及生产率的提高。东西部经济合作属于区域经济合作的范畴，从中国自身经济发展情况而言，目前，我国区域发展不平衡的一个突出表现就是西部与东部地区经济发展水平的差距，因此，东西部生产要素的重组和创新不仅可以促进区域经济增长、开发区域人力资源、加快区域技术进步、促进区域经济结构转换、同时，对于全面建设小康社会也具有重大的战略意义。 本论文第一章提出了中国东西部地区经济合作的研究意义。首先通过对国内外相关研究的评述，发现目前的区域经济合作往往强调的是发达与落后区域之间的不平等关系以及在此基础上的合作，而没有真正将地理学中的“区域”这一概念结合到区域经济学中。因此，本论文从区域空间的角度对东西部经济合作进行探讨，揭示市场经济条件下东西部合作的条件、各自所具备的优劣势；回答东西部地区经济合作的重点产业领域的具体区位指向以及各自采用何种产业对接的模式等问题，并对东西部经济合作中的产业发展提出一系列的对策和建议，在这种前提下的东西部区域经济合作研究必将为经济地理学、区域经济学的结合与发展提供欣的理论补充与完善，具有一定的理论意义。 第二章，从东西部地区经济合作的意义入手，系统地总结了我国目前东西部经济合作的现状并指出了合作中存在的问题，认为东西合作经过20多年的实践，积累了许多的成功经验，取得了有目共睹的成绩。现阶段，合作领域在不断拓展，无论在工业、农业还是第三产业上，均向纵深发展，带动了西部全面发展。然而就目前的合作现状来看，在东西部地区经济合作中的产业结构调整以及产业分工与合作模式方面，仍存在产业结构演化迟缓、产业链短缺、西部资源型产业发展生命力的衰竭等一定的缺陷。 第三章，从定性与定量两个角度入手，分析了东西部经济合作中各自所存在的比较优势。从定性的角度看，东西部经济合作的互补性主要表现在西部的资源和特色经济优势与东部地区的资金、投资能力的互补，东西部技术的互补以及东西部地区市场的互补等方面。从定量分析的角度，依靠GIS手段，对三大地带、八大区域以及省级单元尺度上的比较优势进行分析，结果表明，金融保险业、批发零售业以及房地产业等第三产业在东部地区具有明显的优势，而中西部地区在地质勘查业、农林牧渔业等自然资源依赖性较大的产业上具有一定的相对优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cooperation of the regional economy embodies concretely the demand of the interest growth of the regional economy in space. 1t is an effective way to break through the single regional resources and the limit of productivity by the regional economy cooperation. The cooperation of the regional economy between the east and the west belongs to one kind of the regional economic cooperation. As for the actual situations of economic development in China, the economic disparities between the east and the west are one of the most outstanding reflectance of the unbalanced regional development of China. The re-collocation and innovation of the productive factors not only can promote the regional economic growth, exploit the human resources accelerate the technique advancement, stimulate the conversion of economic structure, but also have strategic significance in building a well-off society in an all round way.In this paper, chapter one firstly brings forward the research significance of the cooperation of the regional economy between the east and the west. And then points out that this paper discusses the regional economy cooperation through spatial aspect, reveals the advantages and disadvantages of the east and the west respectively, answers the questions of the location of specific industry in the cooperation and the cooperation patterns and advances the countermeasures and advices to promote the development of industries in regional economy cooperation.Chapter two summarizes the current regional economy cooperation between the east and the west in China and points out the problems in the cooperation. As for the current cooperation, the re-collocation of industry structure and the cooperation and dividing patterns of industry still remain some certain limitations.Chapter three analyses the relatively advantages and disadvantages of the east and the west. From the qualitative analysis, the natural resources in west and fund in east, the technology and the market in east and west are the main reflectance of complementarities in regional economy cooperation.
