模糊内模并行控制算法及其在纯滞后电加热炉温度控制中的应用

【摘要】 本文针对含有时滞的工业过程控制问题,吸取了系统辨识与建模、内模控制、模糊系统与模糊控制、工业自动化等相关领域的研究成果,提出将内模控制和模糊控制算法并行结合针对滞后过程实施控制,并将其应用于一个纯滞后电加热炉的实时温度控制。仿真运行与实际试验结果均表明了这一控制策略的有效性,且控制系统不需要经过很复杂的在线计算与编程,对硬件要求较低,其控制效果能够满足系统的要求,为工业生产中普遍存在的复杂时滞过程控制提供了借鉴,具有一定的实际应用价值。 本文主要取得了以下研究成果: 理论方面:分别针对内模控制和模糊控制的优缺点,提出将模糊控制和内模控制并行相结合应用于纯滞后工业过程控制;进一步从模糊控制系统的性质与稳定性分析、内模控制系统的性质与优点等方面论证了此控制策略的可行性,并结合MATLAB仿真软件的运行结果做了分析。 应用方面:基于可编程逻辑控制器实现了离散内模控制系统与在线查表式模糊控制系统的并行控制方案,在纯滞后电加热炉温度控制中的应用证实了其控制效果优于原先的控制策略,积累了一些将先进控制与智能控制在实际生产中的应用经验。

【Abstract】 Aimed at solve the problem of dead time system control, this paper proposed a method that utilized internal model control and fuzzy control together to get a better performance. The scheme was realized based on programmable logical computer and was applied to a electrical heating furnace with dead time. Study show better results could be achieved compared to common control methods in the face of dead time system and could be widely used in industry process.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Theoretical achievements:To the questions of advantages and disadvantages of fuzzy control and internal model control, this paper proposed a hybrid scheme combine the fuzzy control and internal model control. Furthermore, the feasibility of this scheme was demonstrated by stability analysis of fuzzy control and advantages of internal model control. Then provide the simulation results of MATLAB.Practical developments:Realized the design of discrete internal model controller and fuzzy controller based on programmable logic computer(PLC). Subsequently applied this scheme to a dead time electrical heating furnace and got better control results compared to original common control schemes. And some experiences of realize of advantage control is accumulated.
