【摘要】 本文首先以新农村建设下的农民收入增长引出分析问题的思路，即对农民增收的影响因素的探讨，应该既要考虑到影响收入增长的量的因素又要考虑到影响收入增长的质的影响因素，具体到本文来看，既要从投入方面分析对农民增收的影响又要从科技和政策方面来分析对农民增收的影响。接着以江西为例，从投入方面分微观和宏观影响来进行分析。对微观影响因素的分析，是选取2004年江西五县的横截面数据从劳动时间、资源、资金、人力资本、信息等方面来进行建模分析的；对宏观影响因素的分析，是选取江西自1978年至2004年的时间序列数据从农户和政府投入方面来进行建模分析的。再接着是在选取影响农民增收可量化的科技和制度指标体系的基础上，利用江西改革开放以后至今的数据通过主成份法计算科技和制度影响得分，随后建立多元回归模型来进行弹性及贡献率等定量分析的。最后，在以上定量分析的基础上，结合新农村建设的远景来进行对策探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 First, this paper put forward the idea of increasing the farmers’ income in the background of "new country" policy as the main clue. In detail, the paper discusses the primary factors of increasing the income of farmers including the input aspect and scientific and political aspects.Second, the paper takes the Jiangxi for example, analyses the macro and micro effects of agriculture input. As to micro factors, the paper selects cross section data including labor time, resource, capital, manpower, information of 5 counties in Jiangxi to set up an analyzing model. Concerning the macro factors, the paper selects the time-sequence data of Jiangxi from 1978 to 2004 to set up an analyzing model in studying the resource input of farmers and government.Then, on the basis of establishing the quantitative index system of scientific and institutional factors, the paper set up a multivariate regression model to analyze the flexibility and contribution rate of scientific and institutional factors.Finally, the paper integrates the prospect of "new country" policy and raises some advanced suggestions of building a more harmonious rural area.更多还原
