外资银行进入对我国银行业的影响研究

【摘要】 自2001年12月11日加入WTO以来,我国对外开放的步伐日益加快,四年来我国根据WTO的有关协议逐步取消了对外资银行外币业务、人民币业务营业许可等方面的限制。就现在的情况看,外资银行在我国的银行业中所占的资产和业务分额都不大,但外资银行在许多发展中国家的银行业都占据了举足轻重的地位,特别是一些中东地区的国家,外资银行的资产在东道国商业银行总资产中的占比竟达到70%以上,说明外资银行成为东道国银行体系重要组成部分的趋势已越来越明显。2006年底我国将向外资完全开放银行业市场,届时外资银行在我国经营将没有任何地域、业务和客户的限制,外资银行的进入将对我国银行业形成严峻的挑战,并将对我国的金融和经济产生重大而深远的影响。因此,研究外资银行进入对我国银行业的影响,探讨应对策略,为银行发展战略和国家金融政策的制定提供决策依据,具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。本论文针对外资银行的影响效应问题,分析了近年来外资银行进入我国对国内银行业的影响,试图回答以下问题:外资银行进入通过哪些渠道对我国的银行体系产生影响?这些影响表现在哪些方面?程度有多大?产生这些影响背后的原因是什么?中资银行与外资银行现存的差距有哪些?差距有多大?当外资银行全面进入时,中资银行面临的挑战有哪些?中资银行应如何在激烈的竞争中,保持稳定的市场份额并实现长足的发展?一、论文的主要内容及观点全文共分为四章:前言部分,主要是介绍文章选题的背景和意义,提出本文研究的方向,梳理论文的基本思路,以及介绍在研究和撰写论文过程中所使用的方法。正文的第一部分,基于研究的需要,作者收集了大量的资料和数据,在此基础上梳理了外资银行自进入我国以来的发展历程,并简单介绍了外资银行在我国的发展现状,同时就外资进入后我国银行业变更多还原

【Abstract】 As of 2005 the fourth year since our country joined into WTO, with the potential growth of our country in GDP and financial service demand, reformation for our banking system is being deepened and accelerated constantly, with the paces for opening to the world constantly speeding up.At the end of 2006, the banking market will totally open to the foreign institutions, which means that foreign banks will have no restriction of region, business and customer. Foreign banks bring with heavy competition pressure to local banks when they enter in our banking market, which will have an impact on finance and economy of our country.So, studying the influence on local banking system, searching for the solution, and giving consults on the development strategy of the bank are meaningful for both realistic and theoretical study.This thesis is focused on the issues banking managers concerned. In the thesis, theoretical research and quantity research are all applied. In the process of researching, the writer conducted both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis in order to analyze thoroughly under this special environment. See the basic ideas as follows.The processes of foreign banks entering the local market and the current situation will be introduced in the first part. Then the writer will analyze how can foreign banks do impact on the domestic banking industry. In this part, after concept of bank efficiency being defined and mechanism of the effect being explained, efficiency will be analyzed based on latest data.
