WCDMA基带系统驱动层研究与开发

【摘要】 本文研究运用中兴公司自行研发的专用集成芯片IC2001与TI公司的DSP芯片共同完成第三代移动通信(3G)基带处理上Rake接收机和符号级处理功能的基带系统驱动,在TI公司提供的开发工具CCS集成环境中完成芯片映射、资源规划、系统驱动方案实现及进行实验验证。文章首先结合WCDMA系统性能要求提出了基带系统所采用的方案,由ASIC+DSP实现Rake接收机功能和DSP+DSP实现符号级处理功能;然后从总体规划的角度设计出ASIC+DSP和DSP+DSP系统硬件结构,对IC2001和DSP的主要功能模块,HI模块,DSP片上外设HPI口、EDMA和EMIF总线作了分析,并结合基带处理功能开发了系统驱动;最后由信号源发出测试数据进入系统,进行功能实现后输出数据绘制出波形图,对所设计的基带系统驱动方案进行验证分析。所开发的WCDMA基带系统驱动,目前已经完成了调试,并达到了预期的设计目标,将为该产品成功推向市场奠定坚实的基础。
【Abstract】 This paper studies using ASIC IC2001 which is ZTE independently-developed and DSP from TI company to finish the driver of rake receiver and symbol processing function based on 3G base band. Achieving the chip mapping, resource planning, the driver of baseband realization and experimental validation with the developing tool CCS IDE supplied by TI company.First, this paper gives a method, which is utilized by baseband system according to WCDMA system capability requirements, using ASIC+DSP to realize Raker, using DSP+DSP to realize symbol process. The hardware structure of ASIC+DSP and DSP+DSP is designed from the whole design view. Then, the discussion is made of the main function module of IC2001 and DSP, HI module, DSP peripherals on chip such as HPI, EDMA and EMIF. The driver is developed based on the base band system function. Last, the test data sent out by signal generator comes into the system, plots the waveform from export data after the function is achieved, and gives validation analysis to the design method.In this paper, the driver of WCDMA base band system is developed, debugging finished and the expected result achieved. A solid foundation is laid for successfully turning the product to market.
