压电陶瓷激波发生器系统关键技术研究

【摘要】 当今,制造业处于一个新技术、新材料和新产品不断涌现、竞争日趋激烈的社会环境中。成形和改性技术与节材和绿色制造密切结合,成为发展先进制造技术的关键课题。根据激波的固有特点和在其他领域的成功应用,本文把压电陶瓷激波技术应用于纳米复合材料制造领域中。本文围绕压电陶瓷激波发生器系统的关键技术进行了如下研究和试验:第一章,回顾了激波发生器系统的产生和发展,提出了本文的主要研究内容和研究意义;第二章,详细阐述了压电陶瓷激波发生器系统关键技术之一——压电陶瓷激波发生器的设计原理和方法,并对压电陶瓷、过渡匹配层和粘接工艺等进行了阐述;第三章,详细阐述了压电陶瓷激波发生器系统关键技术之二——激波发生器激励电源的设计,同时对激励电源功放回路,高频信号发生器和控制方式等进行了研究;第四章,创新地利用反射靶和吸收靶设计了一套声功率测量装置,对本文设计的压电陶瓷激波发生器的工作性能进行测量和验证;第五章,用压电陶瓷激波发生器进行了环氧树脂/ SiO 2纳米复合材料分散和固化基础试验,对纳米复合材料制备技术进行了有益的探索。在上述研究基础上,本文对所作的研究工作及取得的主要成果作了总结,并为压电陶瓷激波发生器系统进一步研究提出了自己的设想。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, with the appearance of new materials and products, the manufacturing has lain in an intensely competing social environment. It is that the molding and modifying technology together with green manufacturing and energy saving becomes the key study for the advanced manufacturing.In terms of the inherent characteristics of piezoelectric shock wave and the successful experience in other domain, this paper applies piezoelectric shock wave into Nanocomposites technologies. This paper mainly makes the following studies and experiments about piezoelectric shock wave generator.The first chapter reviews the invention and development of the piezoelectric shock wave generator. Then it introduces the primary content and meaning of the study.The second chapter expounds the designing principles and methods of the piezoelectric shock wave generator with piezoelectric transducer. Besides, also introduces the piezoelectric, match layer and cementation technology.The third chapter illustrates the design of piezoelectric shock wave generator power source. It also studies the primary circuit, high frequency signal generator,control mode and so on.In the fourth chapter, using reflecting target and absorbing target, we invent a novel ultrasonic power meter in order to exam and certify the piezoelectric shock wave generator.The fifth chapter introduces the experiment of epoxy/ SiO 2 Nanocomposites dispersion and cure with piezoelectric shock wave generator. At last, this paper summarizes the research achievements and raises a new hypothesis for the deep research of the piezoelectric shock wave generator.
