民用飞机维修成本分析与评估

【摘要】 本项研究是南京航空航天大学民航学院与国内某民机制造商合作的科研项目,并在此基础上进行了深入。进行维修成本的分析与评估工作对于民机制造商航空公司都有着极其重要的意义。进行设计阶段的维修成本主要是直接维修成本的分析工作可以为民机制造商在进行优化设计时提供输入以及在管理和控制供应商方面提供数据支持并最终达到降低飞机全寿命周期成本的目的。同时也可以为民机制造商进行市场推广时提供帮助。进行使用阶段的维修成本的分析工作可以为航空公司合理规划、利用维修资金提供科学的数据支持,为航空公司优化其维修方案提供成本方面的辅助决策。同时也为航空公司进行成本决策提供服务,如开辟航线和航线布局的决策、引进飞机数量及型号的决策等。本文的研究工作主要由以下几个部分组成:第一,建立了民机维修成本数据库;第二,针对民机研发与设计阶段的维修成本主要是直接维修成本(DMC)的确定、分配与预计工作展开研究,提出DMC分析流程和工作程序,并给出整机DMC计算方法、系统DMC分配与预计方法;第三,针对民机使用阶段的维修成本主要是机体维修成本的分析与评估工作展开研究,提出了基于航空公司的维修方案(CMP)的机体定检维修事件成本预测方法和基于灰理论的年度机体维修成本预测方法;第四,开发民机维修成本分析与评估软件。

【Abstract】 This research is the scientific research project done by Civil Aviation College of NUAA cooperating with one civil aviation manufacturer but deeper than it. It is composed of the four parts following:The analysis and evaluation of maintenance cost is of great significance for aircraft manufacturers and airlines both. The output of this research can help the manufacturers to optimize their design, manage and control their suppliers and finally reduce the total life cycle maintenance cost during the period of designing the aircraft. Meanwhile it can help the manufacturers to do their market-exploit. To analyze and evaluate the maintenance cost during the period of operating the aircraft can help the airlines to make their maintenance funds arranged and used reasonable, and optimize their maintenance planning by given scientific data support. Meanwhile it help the decision-maker to do a reasonable decision in exploiting the lines, lines arranging and the number and modal of the aircraft planned to buy as well.1. establish a database of civil aviation cost;2. research the way how to confirm, assign and predict the maintenance cost especially the direct maintenance cost(DMC) during the phase of the design of civil aircraft. And the author brought out the DMC analysis flow, work procedure for calculating DMC, assign and prediction for the system’s DMC.3. research the way how to analyze and evaluate the maintenance cost especially the airframe maintenance cost during the phase of operation of civil aircraft. And the author brought out the maintenance cost prediction method for the single airframe maintenance event based on the airlines maintenance program and the prediction method for the annual maintenance cost based on the grey theory.4. establish a software system of the analysis and evaluation of the civil aircraft maintenance cost.
