落锤式弯沉仪数据采集控制系统的研制

【摘要】 本文研制的“数据采集控制系统”是落锤式弯沉仪路面检测系统的重要组成部分,它通过液压系统控制重锤从一定高度自由落下对路面施加一冲击荷载,同时利用沿荷载轴线分布的传感器阵列采集路面的弯沉数据。本系统集控制、数据采集和数据分析处理为一体,它包括数据采集控制器和运行数据处理软件的上位机。论文首先概述了落锤式弯沉仪路面测试系统;描述了其数据采集控制器的性能要求和技术指标;依据实用性、可靠性及系统可扩展性原则,提出了一种基于嵌入式技术的硬件和软件实施方案。以此为基础,在数据采集控制器中,设计了以ARM微处理器S3C44BOX为核心的各硬件单元电路,并使用μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统完成了软件编程和现场调试;论文还讨论了在印刷电路板绘制和系统调试过程中遇到的问题及解决方法。此外,作者在分析了上位机数据处理软件的界面、结构及功能的基础上,用VC++进行了相应模块的程序设计。最后,论文对研制工作进行了总结,对数据采集控制器性能改进和系统升级提出了进一步的设想。目前该系统已交付用户,进行各种外场实验。
【Abstract】 The data collecting and controlling system, which applies an impulsion load to the surface of road with the heavy hammer controlled by hydraulic pressure falling freely from a certain height, and utilizes the sensors array laid along the axes of load to collect the defect data from the surface of road, is an important part of the falling weight deflectometer test system for the road. The system is the unit of the controlling, data collecting, and data analyzing, which including the controller of data collecting and a computer with the Data-Analysis Software.In the paper, we first have introduced simply the falling weight deflectometer test system for the road; we have discussed the requirement of property and standard of technology for the data collecting and controlling system. With the principle of the practicability, stability, and extensibility, we have developed a practical hardware and software together method based on the embedded technology, and further, designed an electrical circuit, which the ARM microprocessor S3C44BOX is as a core for each hardware unit, in the data collecting and controlling system. We have debugged and tested the code in the field by theμC/OS-Ⅱimplant technology operating system. In the paper we have discussed and solved the problems occurred in the process of drawing printed circuit and debugging code. Additionally, we have used VC++ to the related programming according to the analysis of the data processing software to the interface, structure, and function. Finally, we have summarized our develop work, and put forward to future plan to improve the property functions of the data collecting and controlling system and promote the operating system.Now our system has been delivered to the user, and it has been tested in various fields.
