PROFIBUS DP现场总线多功能从站设计

【摘要】 现场总线是一种应用于生产现场,在现场设备之间、现场设备与控制装置之间实现双向、串行、多节点数字通信的技术。PROFIBUS是当今最为流行的现场总线之一,其中PROFIBUS DP作为一种优化的高速通信连接,应用又最为广泛。但时至今日,现场总线领域也没有形成一套统一的标准,自动化孤岛依然存在,在这样的背景下,每种总线都缺乏一定的通用性。本课题旨在为PROFIBUS DP这一特定总线,设计一款通用的多功能从站接口,从而使普通的设备可方便的挂接到总线上。本文首先对PROFIBUS DP的总线通信原理进行了分析,然后以此为依据,深入探讨了从站的软硬件设计,其中重点阐述了从站在实现通信协议基础之上的多功能扩展,并对每种功能的实现加以详述。多功能化的扩展使从站可以提供多种接口,用于挂接包括模拟的、数字的、并行的以及串行的各类通信设备。最后,为了完善从站的多功能化,本文又对配套的上位机软件设计以及最终通信系统的搭建依次做了论述。最后对课题的研究工作进行了总结与展望。
【Abstract】 Fieldbus is the digital communication technology, which is used in the production field to implement the bidirectional, serial, multi-node communication among devices and between device and control equipment. PROFIBUS is one of the most popular fieldbuses currently, and among these, as a optimized high speed connection PROFIBUS DP is widely applied. But so far, an authoritative standard has not been set up, isolation also exists in the field of automation. According to this, every fieldbus lacks universality in a way.The objective of the research is to design a multifunctional and universalizable slave interface for PROFIBUS DP, so an ordinary device can be connected on this bus conveniently. First, the communication principle of PROFIBUS DP is analyzed in this thesis. Then, according to the principle, the hardware and software design of the slave is deeply described. Thereinto, extended multifunction of the slave upon the communication protocol is especially emphasized and the implementation of every function is detailedly expatiated. The multifunctional slave supply manifold interfaces which can connect analog, digital, parallel and serial device. Finally, in order to consummate the multifunction of the slave, matched software design in the master and establishment of the communication system are related.In the last, summary and expectation of the research are stated.
