压气机进口插板总压畸变稳定性研究

【摘要】 为了能够更清楚地认识俄罗斯关于总压畸变下的航空发动机稳定性评定的技术,本文在了解俄罗斯插板畸变试验技术和英美等国家的稳定性评定技术的基础上,设计了4块不同结构形式的插板畸变扰流器装置及试验测量方案,利用南京航空航天大学能源与动力学院的低速大尺寸轴流压气机(LSC)试验器,完成了各插板的畸变试验。同时还利用NUMECA商业软件对以这台压气机为模型的进气道在插板作用下的流场计算及分析,另外还设计了PIV流场测量方案,因为种种原因没有能够最终进行试验,仅供参考。试验中处理各插板下的压气机气动界面AIP界面的总压图谱,稳态畸变指数,动态畸变指数,综合畸变指数,稳定性损失裕度等等一些参数,分析之后获得一些有益的结果。试验结果表明,综合畸变指数,动态畸变指数,稳态畸变指数对压气机稳定性有很大作用;同时试验还表明,插板能够产生较大的动态畸变指数分量;稳态压力图谱低压区随着转子转动方向转动;以及其他一些有益的结果。

【Abstract】 To study the aircraft-engine stability assessing technology about total-press distortion, four different structure insert-boards and testing schemes are designed, based on the technology of Russian insert-board distortion and assessing compressor stability of English and USA. The low speed compressor (LSC) at College of Energy and Power in NUAA is used to carry out the all insert-board distortion experiments studies. Use commercial software NUMECA to calculate the flow-field of the inlet of the LSC with an insert-board, and analyze the flow-field. Also a PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) flow-field testing scheme is designed, but have not been carried out for some reasons, for reference only.The collection of illustrative plates of air interface plane (AIP), steady index, unsteady index, synthesized index and the loss of the stability margin are given out, and get some valuable results are summarized by analyzing the data. The results of the experiment show that the synthesized index, unsteady index and steady index inflect the stability margin of the compressor well. And show that the insert-board experiment can get the enough weight in the synthesized index. And also show that the low-press-area of the steady total-press moves along the rotor circumvolving direction. And so on.
