家用燃气热水器/两用炉测试台测控系统设计与研制

【摘要】 本文介绍了根据国标GB/6932-2001《家用燃气具检验标准》设计、研制的家用快速燃气热水器/两用炉测试台的测控系统。在测试台设计中,采用先进的温度、压力和流量传感器以及数字处理方法对各项参数进行采样,用ICL7135模数转换器进行温度数据的采集,采用I~2C接口的模数转换器CS5511进行压力数据的采集。结合单片机技术与微型计算机,利用当前流行的RS-485串行总线实现主机与PC机之间的通信。实现了对家用快速燃气热水器/两用炉的较高程度的自动化测量。文中首先对家用燃气热水器/两用炉测试的国家标准进行了介绍,对测试台整机结构进行论述。对解决铂电阻测温非线性校正的方法以及温度测量、压力测量、流量测量的实现进行了研究,并根据国标有关内容实现测试台热工性能自动化测试的软件编写。在软件控制部分中,介绍了C++ Builder 6.0开发环境中利用Windows API函数对串行口操作的方法,以及C++ Builder 6.0开发环境中多线程编程的基本方法。最后本文对课题的研究工作进行了总结和展望。
【Abstract】 This text introduced a testing system for home fast gas heater /dual-purpose stove. The design of this system is according to national standard GB/6932-2001《the home gas apparatus test standards》.The purpose to develop this test system is to raise the present measuring level of home fast gas heater /dual-purpose stove. It is useful for manufactories and quality supervisory departments to do the test more quickly and conveniently, so that the safe and reassuring products will be put in the market. In the circuit design , adopted currently advanced temperature、pressure and flow sensors and the digital processing method to sample various kinds of parameters; used A/D convertions--ICL7135/CS5511 to collect the temperature/pressure data respectively; using currently popular RS-485 serial bus combined with SCM techniques and mocrocomputer to realize the communications between host computer and PC. This testing system realized the automatic testing for home fast gas heater/dual-purpose stove.In the beginning of the text, introduced the national standard for testing the home gas heater/ dual-purpose stove, and described the complete structure of the test system, and then, researched the method to correct the non-linear error and the methods to test the temperature, pressure and flow. In the part of software programming, introduced the method to utilize Windows API function to operate the serial interface in C ++ Builder 6.0 development environments and wrote the program for the test system.In the end, the summarization and prospect is given.
