【摘要】 随着多媒体技术(Multimedia Technique)和地理信息系统(GIS)技术的推广应用普及,各城市旅游主管部门和旅游企业开始重视旅游信息系统的开发和建设,国家旅游局甚至把触摸屏旅游信息查询系统作为城市创建优秀旅游城市的一个重要评分指标。由于用户对旅游信息数据直观性、生动性和丰富性的特殊要求,旅游信息系统(Tourism Information System,TIS)区别于一般的信息查询系统,要求系统能够有效地管理地理空间图形、多媒体数据和旅游要素属性数据,游客能够方便快速地实现三者之间的双向检索查询。作为当前旅游信息系统开发的两种主要基础平台,GIS和多媒体制作系统都存在一定的缺陷。国内外流行的多媒体制作软件有Authorware、Director、方正奥思等,这些软件交互灵活,表现手法多,但是缺乏旅游地图的有效管理、空间查询、分析和统计功能;基于GIS的集成软件,如MapInfo、Arcview等,虽然具有强大的空间数据处理和分析功能,但缺乏声音、视频、动画等媒体信息,多媒体效果不佳。它们只能借助于文本、图形和表格来表示和传输空间信息,方式单一,从而在很大程度上降低了GIS处理和传输空间信息的效果。将多媒体技术应用于GIS软件或者将GIS部分功能贯穿于多媒体系统中,开发集成模式的区域多媒体旅游信息系统(Multimedia Tourism Information System,MTIS)势必增强区域旅游信息系统的表达能力。多媒体技术与GIS的完美结合,为GIS的发展开辟了另一新的领域,多媒体GIS已成为人们研究GIS的热点问题。 在目前多媒体GIS制作工具缺乏的情况下,多媒体GIS制作方式主要有两种方式:一种是从底层开发;另一种是利用现有多媒体制作工具或地图制作平台加以扩充来完成系统制作。作为后一种方式的尝试,本文利用现有GIS组件MapObjects为平台,通过可视化开发工具VB对其多媒体功能作必要的扩充来完成多媒体旅游信息查询系统的制作。 多媒体旅游信息查询系统是多媒体GIS的一个具体应用。其主要内容及总体框架如下: 第一章:前言 介绍课题研究的意义、研究现状、主要研究内容和技术思路。 第二章:系统关键技术 对系统涉及到的关键技术,如:数字化技术、VB与数据库的接口技术、VB更多还原

【Abstract】 As the popularization and application of the multimedia technique and GIS, every city tourist responsible institution and enterprise begins to pay attention to development and construction of the information system of the travel, national tourism administration regards tourism information system of touch-sensitive screen as city outstanding one of tourist to grade the index even. Intuitionistic, vivid and excellent picture with text desired, tourism information system differents from a general information system. It requires multimedia data of tourist element is combined with its geographic space figure and related properties and tourists can search and inquire about between three. Two kinds of basic platforms, GIS and multimedia manufacturing system, have certain defects. Popular multimedia making software, such as Authorware, Director and Founder Author Tool, etc., are mutual, flexible and expressive, but they cannot effectively manage space figure and lack space analyze and count function;Integrated software on the basis of GIS, for example MapInfo and Arcview, have the powerful ability of space analyze, but lack media’s information such as the sound, video, cartoon. They can only express and transmit space information with the aid of the text, figure and table, the way is single, which reduces the function of GIS dealing with and transmitting the space information. This thesis expounds the application of GIS combined with multimedia technology to the regional tourism information system. This way helps to increase efficiency of tourism and expand new markets. Multimedia GIS has already become the hotspot of GIS.Lack of multimedia GIS tools at present, multimedia GIS can be made by two ways: one is from the development of the ground floor;another uses existing multimedia making software or map platform to expand to realize the system. As the attempt of the last way, this thesis describes the process to program multimedia travel information system and some functions based on MapObjects control in VB.The multimedia tourism information system is a concrete application of the multimedia GIS. And there are five parts in this article:Chapter one: preface. The author introduces the meaning of study, the research current situation, main research contents and technique means of study.Chapter two: the key technology of system. The technologies relating to this paper are digitized technology, interface between VB and database, multimedia program, the connection between multimedia data and space figure. And the author puts forward the concrete application scheme.Chapter three: system design. In this part overall frame and functions of the system are designed and discussed. The author introduces the principles of the system design, the design of database, and user’ s interface design.Chapter four: system application. Taking Baoji city as an example, this part specifically expounds the process of development and application.Chapter five: summarize. The author states the productions, the shortages, and the direction of this paper.Basing on the consulting tourism information system that other provinces and cities have set up, this dissertation mainly study multimedia inquire, click and broadcast, and attempt to try and break through in the following:1) Try boldly in multimedia GIS tools, and attempt to set up the multimedia tourism information system by my own programming.2) Adopt the multimedia database based on file, regard attribute database as the core, and set up the connection of space, attribute and multimedia data through the related field ID, which can realize the interactive inquiry from space data to attribute data (include multimedia message).3) Many kinds of inquiry ways are provided for the tourists, every kind of information inquiry result can give you many kinds of choices, which can realize click and broadcast of multimedia information and almost meet visitor’ s inquiry deirand.4) The system adopts the module design, all movements are integratedin the button. As long as clicking the corresponding order button, the users can carry out a certain movement. The interface is friendly, any user who can understand the basic computer knowledge can operate this system.5) In the course of the development, the system widely uses VB multimedia program, which can support many kinds of media display, such as picture browsing, text dealing with, audio and video broadcasting, flash cartoon showing and the background music broadcasting continuously.更多还原
