【摘要】 进入21世纪以来,我国的网络教育正以前所未有的迅速发展,不单教育部批准建立网络学院的68所高校的网络教育事业蒸蒸日上,其他各高校也纷纷致力于网络课程的开发与实施,欲借助网络之风,开拓新的教育天地。然而随着网络教育的普及,如何充分发挥网络教育的优势,正确有效的利用纷繁复杂的网络资源来保证网络教育的教学质量、提高学习者的学习质量和学习效果成为当前急需研究探索地的关键问题。 教学质量是教育的生命,它与学习内容的选择、学习过程的管理以及学习评价形式的选择和实施都息息相关。目前网络教育对在线课程的学习内容和学习管理以及学习评价各环节的研究,尚停留在较浅的层面上,没深入到其实质。对提高网络教学质量方面的研究还相对比较少。对于如何合理的对网络课程的知识进行组织分解、如何加强对学习者在网络环境下的学习过程的管理和控制,以及对网络课程的在线学习做较为全面的评价等问题的实际应用也在探索中。国外就这方面的研究也不多,还处在进行相关模型研究的阶段,没有真正的得以实现、应用。 本研究从国内外的网络教学现状出发,采用文献检索、系统研究和行动研究等研究方法,针对目前网络教学中存在的问题,在对学习过程实施追踪记录的必要性进行理性分析的基础上,利用目前先进的计算机网络开发技术,构建了一个网络环境下开展教学的学习支持系统。该系统主要包含了教学内容维护支持、学习监控的支持、学习个别化辅导支持、教学管理支持等环节,具体实现过程是依据当前对人们在线阅读速度的最新研究成果,把网络课程的知识内容进行合理的组织分解,利用现有的网络技术,从学习者的客户端获得反映学习者的学习活动过程、记录学习者有效学习时间的相关数据,从而了解学习者对网络教材知识内容的学习情况,采取多种方式综合评价学习者的网络学习效果,为网络教材知识内容的维护、更新以及管理提供依据;总结分析学习者的学习风格和学习行为习惯,并通过多样化的师生交互方式,及时纠正学习者的不良习惯,为学习者提供及时必要的反馈指导,逐渐引导学习者自主灵活的学习,提高远程教育的教学和学习质量。 本研究结合陕西师范大学本科生的公共必修课《现代教育技术》网络课程,针对网络教学环境下给学习者提供一个良好的学习支持系统进行了详细设计,目前该系统正为2003级2037名学生所使用。通过对使用据该系统的师生进行问卷更多还原

【Abstract】 Since Get into the 21st century, network education in our country develops continuously and quickly. Not only 68 universities, that the Ministry of Education approved to establish Network Education School, make rapid progress day by day, Other universities also join in network curriculum’s design and develop work in succession expect to create a new world for education with the aids of network environment. However, with the universality of network education, that how to make use of network resources properly and effectively, ensure education/teaching quality and improve learner’s study efficiency becomes one of the most important problem which need us to quest urgently at present.Teaching quality is very critical to education, it has close correlation with the selection of study contents, control of study process and forms of study evaluates implement. Currently, the distance education’s research link to study contents of on-line course, study management as well as study evaluate still stays around a more shallow level. Researches to study the strategy and way to improve network teaching quality are also very little. Studies under the network environment on how to reasonably organize network course knowledge contents, how to strengthen monitor and control of on-line learners’ learning process as well as how to make a more comprehensive and overall evaluation of on-line courses’ study results and effects are also in the preliminary exploration step. The researches overseas about these stay at correlate model study too, haven’t carry out a case concretely.This research sets out from present domestic and international network teaching situation. According to problems link to monitoring of network learners’ behavior, synthesis use research technique, system method, action method and so on to objectively analysis the necessity to trace and record learner’s network study process. At last, develop a study support system suitable to network environment with the help of present computer technology. This system includes a content of support for maintain course content, support for trace and record learner’s study process, support for guide individual study and support for teaching management and so on. Implementation of the process: First, reasonably divide and organize network course’s knowledge contents basis on latest research achievements about people’s on-line reading speed. Then,acquire feedback information and correlate data from the client side (the learner carries) by using existing network technologies to reflect learners’ learning activity process, such as the valid study time. Thus, we can : (1) Get information about the degree learners understand about the knowledge contents, in order to provide a basis to update, adapt and manage the structure ,contents of on-line course;(2) Analyze learner’s study style and behavior custom, and correct learner’s bad behavior through diverse communication between teachers and students, give essential instruction and feedback to learners, raise learners’ independent learning ability;(3) Evaluate learner’s on-line study effects through synthetically using various evaluation methods, to raise quality of on-line education’s teaching and study.This research bases on network teaching environment, combines Shaanxi normal university’s undergraduate student’s public required {Modern educational Technology)) on-line curriculum, designs and develops a study support system to the learners. Through questionnaire survey and interview with the teachers and students that use this system, collect opinions and advice on it’s use effect, we can self-confidently believe: Using this system in actual teaching circumstance can overall monitor and record on-line learner’s learning process;can enhance learner’s self-regulated study ability;and also can provide valid ways and methods to resolve some common problems in network teaching system.This system, working as a support platform of network teaching, has practical and flexible characteristics. It would be easy to populate it, to promote it. This system also can be conveniently transplanted by any other courses. However, for the limits of my personal ability, there are still many deficiencies and shortages in this system that waiting for further improvement and optimization.
