【摘要】 本文在阅读国内外相关文献和对产业集群实际调研的基础上,研究基于产业集群的技术创新影响因素。文章首先提出相关概念和创新模式的演化过程中新的组织形态——产业集群式创新的发展趋势,地理集中使集群内企业技术创新有新的特征;其次,界定产业集群创新系统的含义、给出系统核心要素和辅助要素,构建了由相互关联要素组成的产业集群创新系统结构;接着,分析影响产业集群中企业技术创新的因素:一是企业间的学习机制,具体包括企业间劳动力流动、企业间合作和新企业衍生;二是环境因素,前者揭示了网络化创新过程中的核心规律,后者起支撑作用。探讨了相关影响因素对企业技术创新绩效的作用关系,构建了理论模型;最后,结合长春市高新区软件园产业的调研数据,对理论模型和所提出的假设进行实证分析,探讨其结果,并提出对实践的指导意义及未来研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study on industry cluster has begun from the end of 19 century. As a special regional pattern, cluster has displayed powerful vitality in economy of every country nowadays, and has led to concern of many researchers in all fields. Meanwhile, the study areas of cluster become wider and wider, the study levels become deeper and deeper. There are many clusters have become the most successful model to develop regional and country economy overseas, such as Silicon Valley. The industry clusters in our country exist many problems such as the structure of innovation system is unstable, malignancy competition and short of cooperation among enterprises is existent, the capability of technological innovation in enterprises is lacking and so on. Therefore, by discussing the influence factors of technological innovation enterprises in the industry cluster, this paper explains the interaction towards technological innovative performance effectiveness of all factors in order to develop (predominance of innovation in enterprises.First, this paper points out the research aims to the influence factors of enterprises technological innovation in clusters. Enterprises are the subject of technological innovation, so the analysis of microcosmic mechanism in clusters had huge theoretical and realistic meanings to help us recognize the present situation. On the base of summary of interior and oversea documentary on the technical innovation of enterprises in industry cluster, the paper puts forward its research thinking and structure, so as to bed for the follow research.This paper absorbs the research achievements of innovation system in clusters, explicates the meaning of innovation system in industry cluster, and points out its core factors and assistance factors.
