【摘要】 本文将国际上九十年代风靡全球的BPR管理思想引入制药企业。论文以业务流程优化思想为主线,以信息技术为工具,融入先进的管理思想,运用实证的方法,研究基于信息化的亚星制药进销存业务流程的优化问题。文章分步骤地实现识别企业现有的进销存业务流程,挑选需要优化的关键业务流程,分析关键业务流程中存在的问题,实现亚星制药企业进销存业务流程的优化,并通过信息化支撑手段,将流程优化的成果固化到管理信息系统的功能模块中,最后通过对业务流程优化前后的效率、效果和适用性测评,检验业务流程优化的成果。本文为亚星制药企业提供一种有效的进销存业务流程优化的途径。在国家对制药行业实行GMP管理环境下,企业能够迅速解决自己在管理中遇到的问题,实现业务流程的优化和综合竞争力的提高,进而使企业在信息革命和知识经济的全球化环境中,能够应付自如,提高自身的竞争优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the improvement of technology and economy, enterprises are facing great pressure. Domestic enterprises will compete with world giant more directly in the outside circumstance. The core of the operation and management of most enterprises is manufacturing process. They pay a lot of attention to product quality, but not enough to business process. These pressures force them to transform their management style. Managers are realizing that the key to non-mistake manufacture is effective business process and manufacturing process, so business process re-engineering (BPR) becomes popular.Domestic medicine manufacturing industry also faces competition and challenge from both home and abroad. Since the issue of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), it has become a standard of the management of medicine manufacturing industry, and a foundation of the promotion of comprehensive quality management of modern medicine manufacturing industry. From the aspect of quality management, the application of GMP is a guarantee of the quality of medicine. Because it will drive medicine manufacturing enterprises to establish an effective quality management system, to follow the standard of GMP, and to realize the management of quality of medicine in the whole process of medicine manufacture.With the improvement of the transform of domestic medical system and the fulfill of promises after the entering of WTO, more foreign medicine manufacturing enterprises, foreign medicine and medical service appear in the medicine market.
