【摘要】 本论文研究的目的是为东北地区的中医药企业的战略联盟的构建和发展提供理论基础、方法指导和策略建议,为构建东北地区的中医药企业的竞争战略,增强东北地区的中医药企业的竞争力提出建设性的意见。本文论文研究的重点是通过对于国外和国内的生物制药企业的发展联盟战略研究,提出东北地区的中医药企业的发展联盟战略的问题,即在解释战略联盟“是什么”和“为什么”的基础上,探讨东北地区的中医药的战略联盟“怎样做”的问题。本论文对于战略联盟的内涵和类型进行了明确的界定,系统而深入的论述了战略联盟的机理,并对战略联盟进行了理论解释。本论文以东北地区的中医药企业战略联盟构建模式的研究为主线,以充分利用东北地区的资源优势为原则,比较系统的研究了东北地区的中医药企业战略联盟的构建有效方法。本论文对战略联盟的内涵和类型进行了明确的界定,系统而深入地论述了战略联盟的机理。本论文以构建东北地区的战略联盟的模式研究作为主线,由于中医药产品与生物制药产品的替代关系,参考国外和国内的生物制药企业战略发展模式,寻找东北地区的中医药企业战略联盟的有效途径。本论文运用了理论研究和案例分析相结合的研究方法,提出了东北地区中医药企业战略联盟所应经历的模式,分析东北地区中医药企业战略联盟的必要性、现状、问题和策略,进而选择出东北中医药企业发展战略所选择策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The strategic alliance is the latest trend of the medicine enterprises. The strategic alliance of the Chinese medicine business enterprise of the northeast region has important realistic meaning. The research method that this thesis adoption theories research and an analysis’s combine together, went deeply in studying the northeast Chinese medicine orgies and its strategy problems of the strategic alliance. It is the strategic alliance of the international and foreign biotech medicine business enterprise development research. This thesis in explaining the strategic alliance is”what" and" why", the problem of the research on the strategic alliance of the medicine business enterprise in the northeast of China is " how to do".This thesis is divided into totally six chapter:Chapter 1: The introduction chooses a background in analyzing the existing research characteristics and needing to study on the problem foundation, pointing out research purpose, theories, clarifying main contents and the point problems of research.Chapter 2: studying on the foundation theories of the strategic alliance. From dividing the content and the type in the strategic alliance, we carried on the mechanism analysis and theories of the strategic alliance to explain. The analytical part of discussing the motive and competitive advantages of the strategic alliance, the theories explains the part difference from the cost theories, the game theory, core ability theories, the value chain theories.Chapter 3: Introducing the strategic alliance of the foreign biotech medicine enterprise. First, we carry on the condition of the biotech medicine business enterprise. Secondly, we find the advisement from learning the foreign biotech medicine enterprise Chapter 4: to the northeast Chinese medicine business enterprise.
