【摘要】 随着我国BOT项目实施的日益增多,采用这种投融资方式建设的项目,在社会上发挥的作用越来越大,BOT项目的顺利实施具有重大的经济和社会意义,因此实施过程中的风险问题,成为项目各参与方所共同关注的核心问题。任何BOT项目都存在着风险,BOT项目比一般的工程项目存在更多的风险。本文在总结前人研究的基础上,依据广泛性、代表性、准确性相结合的原则,确定了40种风险为BOT项目常见风险,以期对BOT项目的风险决策、管理起到一定的借鉴作用。同时,本文对我国BOT项目面临的主要风险进行了剖析和实例分析。在此基础之上,本文依据项目风险管理理论,结合BOT项目的特点,重点对BOT项目的外汇风险及其防范,进行了理论上的探讨。从对BOT项目外汇风险的构成因素入手,对其风险管理的各种方法进行了分析和论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Development of project financing in the country has nearly 20 years of history. Currently, the project financing for power generation facilities, highways, pipelines and transportation, bridges, tunnels, railways, airports, and other large-scale infrastructure projects, the comparatively more mature pattern is BOT。BOT is the English "Build-Operate-Transfer" abbreviation. The interpretation meaning is "Building-Management-Change of possession" .In the country’s is termed the "concession financing" . In 1980s, BOT is the emergence of a new international project financing and construction model,mainly for infrastructure construction. However, because of the large amount of investment in infrastructure, construction period which required a long gestation period and the characteristics of BOT financing structures complex, higher financing costs and other factors makes the risk of BOT projects greater.BOT project risk is an uncertainty living in the BOT project concession, construction, operation and transfer. The loss of it is a potential risk factor. BOT projects risk identification refers to identifying and classifying the risk which have not yet occurred, and analyzing risk events. Risk management refers to lowest cost methods of scientific management by which the participation of BOT projects identifies the risks, disposes the risks and maximizes security.Whether the risks could be shared reasonably among each participant更多还原
