【摘要】 我国中小企业众多,普遍存在管理不够科学、发展缓慢的问题。当前,环境变化越来越快,对企业的生存与发展提出了严重的挑战,为此,本文试图通过对柔性战略和JIT的论述应用,找到一条适合中小企业生存与发展的有效途径。本着理论联系实际,定性分析和定量分析结合的研究方法,本文首先回顾了战略管理理论的主要流派。然后,介绍了汪应洛等教授提出的柔性战略理论。之后,又对JIT作了介绍。随后,提出了柔性生产计划,并对其影响因素、实质、理论基础、形式与意义进行了论述。最后,对华冠运输机械厂采取的战略模式和生产管理方式进行了论述和分析,得出了该厂实施的是柔性战略和JIT相结合的生产管理方式,柔性生产计划是其中重要组成部分。通过华冠机械厂的实证和理论分析,说明二者的结合对中小企业生存与发展是有一定的借鉴意义的。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the faster and faster change of environment and higher and higher complicated degree of environment, all kinds of enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises, are faced with serious challenge from existence and development. There are numerous small and medium enterprises in China. So how to face the fast change and realize company’s goal is a new subject that every corporation must deal with.The paper could try to find a new development way or mind for the small and medium enterprises through the introducing and discussing of Huaguan transportation machinery factory. The plant practises flexible strategy and JIT theory according to its characteristic and environment. And it has achieved better development in the fierce competition.First, traditional strategy management theory is reviewed briefly in the paper, but the traditional theory is believed that it can’t meet the complex and changeful environment completely. So flexible strategy theory put forward by Professor Wangyingluo is introduced. And the definition, implication, scope of flexible strategy and strategy management integration is introduced. Flexible strategy means that enterprises will fit , use and make change on their own initiative in order to realize the aim more effectively and increase the competition ability , and then make a series of optional action regulations and related project in the dynamic environment. And it is a kind of strategy. It also is the main form of modern strategy to meet the fast development of science and technology and the rapid change of environment. The connotation of flexible strategy is to emphasize the gamble,to emphasize to use and make change to get new competition strength and enhance competition ability.
