【摘要】 21世纪是以计算机、网络、通讯技术为依托的网络经济时代。网络经济时代的到来不仅给企业带来无限商机但同时也带来了一系列的挑战。首先,网络经济时代的高科技扩散速度不断加快,直接导致产业和产品的生命周期缩短,意味着市场环境变化越来越快;其次,网络经济时代的信息技术高速发展,加剧了经济全球一体化与竞争国际化的趋势,企业间的竞争进入一个“无国界的时代”,也就是说企业要将面对全球的竞争者,竞争会越来越激烈。企业由于自身资源有限,难于独自支付昂贵的R&D费用,难于单独面对如此众多的竞争者,难于在短时间内生产出满足客户个性化、多样化需求的产品。因此为了适应科学技术和经营环境的急剧变化,为了降低经营风险及满足个性化需求,企业必须以合作的方式来充分利用其他企业的优势资源来弥补自身不足之处。虚拟企业则是当今最好的合作模式之一,这一点也得到许多学者的认同。本文着重研究虚拟企业利益分配问题。首先,描述虚拟企业的概念以及特征,反映虚拟企业所处的时代背景,引出所研究的问题一虚拟企业利益分配,并且对虚拟企业利益分配问题的研究现状做了简单的总结。其次,通过对虚拟企业分配要素的阐述把利益分配问题展开,并对虚拟企业利益分配遵循的一般原则进行分析。再次,提出虚拟企业利益分配的一般方法,用博弈论建立模型并分析利益分配的一般规律。然后,创新地提出了解决虚拟企业利益分配的三阶段模型,综合应用博弈论、概率论、决策理论和H一对策理论解决利益分配问题。最后,利用模糊数学的方法对虚拟企业利益分配的有效性做出评价。通过本文的研究,笔者希望能够在解决虚拟企业运行的关键问题——利益分配上做出进-步的深化。建立有效的模型,找到合理的机制来解决该问题。并期望对中国民族企业参与国际竞争提供有力的支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 With uncertainty growing business environment, the rise of virtual business model has become a new type of enterprise organizations the opportunity to accelerate the pace of the enterprise, an important strategy in pursuit of their own development and growth. Virtual enterprise is no longer a stable enterprise groups, but with a number of independent business opportunities assemble and part of the dynamics Union, which is composed of the first to grasp key technologies innovative enterprises do chief, other organizations recognize the same market opportunities, and have complementary resources related enterprise alliances, joint development of new products and the completion of production.
