【摘要】 本文通过对黑龙江省集贤县万丰村405户农户的问卷调查,运用理性选择理论分析框架对农村家庭教育投资行为进行了研究。本文首先通过对问卷分析,从农民家庭对子女的教育目的、教育期望、教育投入等角度集中探讨了农村家庭教育投资行为的现状,然后从家庭子女数量结构、家庭经济结构、家长文化结构等三个角度考察了农村家庭教育投资行为的差异性及其发展趋势。经过分析认为农民家庭对子女基础教育的投资行为是一种理性选择,为追求效益最大化,家庭经济状况差、子女数量多、家长文化水平低的家庭教育投资意愿低,呈现工具理性的特点,相反,家庭富裕、家长文化程度高的独生子女家庭则对教育投资意愿强烈,呈现价值理性选择特点。为开发农村人力资源,实现农村的可持续发展,促进农民家庭教育投资由工具理性选择向价值理性选择的跃迁,提出了加大农村投入、控制农村贫困人口、加强农村职业技术教育、提升农民素质的建议和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The countryside sustainable development is not the pure economical growth, and don’t only relies on the increase of the labor force quantity and the physical resource’s investment, but more and more relies on the comprehensive quality’s enhancement, human’s knowledge, the ability and so on, namely human capital enhancement. The human capital enhancement is decided by the intellectual investment’s increase. In the case that the national financial resource is insufficient and the education funds are short, the intellectual investment is often decided by the family. In Recent years, farmer’s income enhances remarkablely, but family intelligence’s investment don’t increases along with it. As the productive investment, the intellectual investment is an economic behavior. This economic behavior is influenced by the current economic condition. Beside that, it is also restricted by the objective and subjective conditions of the family. Child is the main object of the family intellectual investment and educational investment especially. Its quantity structure can have the influence on the family intellectual investment behavior. Since our country start implementing the birth control policy, the country has carried on the adjustment to the countryside birth policy in the different historical period. Now, the countryside family is major of only-child primarily, but still had multi- children family massively. The families which have different children quantity exists difference in the education investment behavior. Future evolution’s tendency of countryside home-education’s investment is not only relates to the rural economic development, but also has the important influence to the entire economic development of the state. China’s 900 million population is in the countryside. The agriculture is the foundation of national economy. The countryside prosperity and stablity need to depend on the enhancement of the rural population quality, specially the enhancement of the cultural quality. The enhancement of the cultural quality lies in education.Through to real diagnosis investigations of 405 households farmers in a countryside, from the goal, the expectation and the investment of the farmer family’s children education, the author carries on the analysis separately to the investigation data, and describes the influence and the difference that countryside family invests to the children elementary education. The conclusion is that80% families take let the children learn the cultural knowledge for the next life and the work as its investment main goal, but更多还原
