【摘要】 慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)是消化系统的常见病、多发病,属中医胃脘痛、痞满等范畴。病理上以胃粘膜炎性细胞浸润为其特点,并早已明确HP感染-CSG-溃疡-CAG-胃癌的发病趋势,因此采取有效的方法治疗CSG对于预防胃黏膜腺体萎缩及胃癌的发生至关重要。现代医学对CSG病因尚未完全阐明,故很难制定出一个成熟的治疗方案。而中医学治疗CSG有其独特优势和广阔的前景。 导师龚占悦教授以理气和胃为治疗原则,应用柴平胶囊治疗CSG,在临床上取得了良好的效果。为进一步探讨柴平胶囊治疗CSG的作用机理,我们进行了动物实验研究。 本实验采用综合造模法制作CSG模型小鼠,观察各组小鼠一般状况、胃黏膜磷脂含量及病理等指标的变化。结果证实了柴平胶囊在治疗CSG时能使胃黏膜磷脂含量增高,并且能明显消除胃粘膜炎症,起到加强胃黏液及黏膜屏障功能,防御有害因子的作用。为临床应用柴平胶囊治疗CSG提供了理论依据,也为CSG的患者提供了有效的治疗方药。更多还原

【Abstract】 CSG is a common digestive systematic .Gastritis tissue infiltrare with inflammatory cell. The trender of CSG-CAG-garstric cancinoma has been evidenced .So it’s importent to find effect way to treat CSG and prevent the development of apppropriate organization atrophied as well as gastric cancer .the medicine of CSG still been learned.there isn’t effective therapentic method .But TCMhas shown it’s advantages.Professor GongZhanYue uses Chaiping capsule to treat CSG have good remendy results,inorder to probe into the therapeutics mechanism of the prescription ,we have carried out animal experiment .We tried to observe the changes of the CSG mices’ ordinary condition ,gastric tissues’phospholipid lever and pathological change. The result shows :Chaiping capsule couled decrease CSG levels ,increase the phospholipid lever .Improve the CSG model mices’ gastritis inflammation obviously .It also provide the theoretical base and effectice therapeutic method for the treatment of CSG.更多还原
