【摘要】 目的:就扶正消瘤汤的抑瘤作用及相关机制进行初步探讨。 方法:（1）对小鼠肉瘤S₁₈₀的抑制作用:建立S₁₈₀实体瘤肿瘤模型,计算抑瘤率,重复三批实验。（2）对H₂₂腹水型荷瘤小鼠生命延长实验:建立H₂₂腹水瘤肿瘤模型。统计各组的平均存活天数及生存延长率,重复三批实验。（3）对荷瘤小鼠血清、脾IL—2含量的影响:建立S₁₈₀实体瘤肿瘤模型。采用酶联免疫法（ELISA）,用于血清和脾IL—2的测定。（4）对荷瘤小鼠体内淋巴细胞转化实验:建立S₁₈₀实体瘤肿瘤模型。采用形态学检查法,测定PHA诱发的淋巴细胞转化程度。 结果:（1）对小鼠肉瘤S₁₈₀的抑制作用实验:统计各组平均瘤重,表明扶正消瘤汤对荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长均有一定的抑制作用,与模型组相比,组间差异具有统计学意义,以中、低剂量效果好。（2）对H₂₂腹水型荷瘤小鼠生命延长实验:统计各组的平均存活天数及生存延长率,表明扶正消瘤汤对荷瘤小鼠均有一定的生命延长作用,与模型组相比,组间差异有统计学意义,以低剂量效果好。（3）对荷瘤小鼠血清、脾IL—2含量的影响:扶正消瘤汤组均可明显增加荷瘤小鼠脾脏IL—2含量（P<0.01）,与模型组相比,组间差异具有统计学意义,但对血清IL-2含量无明显影响。（4）对荷瘤小鼠体内淋巴细胞转化实验:扶正消瘤汤组均可促进荷瘤小鼠对PHA诱发的淋巴细胞转化（P<0.01）,与模型组相比,转化率均高于400%,而环磷酰胺组的转化率则明显低于模型组。 结论:（1）扶正消瘤汤对小鼠肉瘤S₁₈₀有明显的抑制作用。（2）该药可明显延长H₂₂腹水型小鼠的存活时间。（3）免疫学研究证明,该药能明显增加荷瘤小鼠脾脏IL-2的含量,促进荷瘤小鼠淋巴细胞的转化功能,提高免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECT:the experiment carried through elementary discuss in allusion to the inhibitory carcinom of Fuzhengxiaoliutang and correlative mechanism .METHODS:(1) In the inhibitory experiment of the solid carcinom:the model of micebearing carcinoma was established and calculate the inhibition ratios of the tumor weight.Repeat it three times.(2) In the experiment of prolonging the Kunming mice bearing H22:the model of mice bearing carcinoma was established by inoculating H22 cells into the abdominal cavity of the Kunming mic.calculate the live days and the rate of prolonging live.Repeat it three times.(3) In the experiment of the effect on IL-2 content in serum and spleen of the Kunming mice bearing sarcoma-180 ceils:Establish the model of micebearing carcinoma.adopt ELISA to mensurate IL-2 content in serum and spleen.(4) In the experiment of lymphocyte transform:Establish the model of micebearing carcinoma.Adopt morphologic check-up method to mensurate lymphocyte transform degree that PHA induced.RESULTS:(1) In the inhibitory experiment of the solid carcinom:By Stating the average weight of the each group solid carcinoma,it indicated that every therapy group can inhibite the solid carcinom in some sense.compared with control group,the group- group distinctions have statistics meaning.medium dose group and low dose group of Fuzhengxiaoliutang decoction has better effect.(2)In the experiment of prolonging the Kunming mice bearing H22:calculate the live days and the rate of prolonging live,it indicated that Fuzhengxiaoliutang can-prolong the lives of the Kunming mice bearing H22,compared with control group,the group-group distinctions have statisticsmeaning.low dose group of Fuzhengxiaoliutang decoction has better effect.(3) In the experiment of the effect on IL-2 content in serum and spleen of the Kunming mice bearing sarcoma-180 cells: Fuzhengxiaoliutang decoction can increase IL-2 content in spleen of the Kunming mice bearing sarcoma-180 cells,compared with control group,the group- group distinctions have statistics meaning.but it has no effect on IL-2 content in serum.However cyclophosphamide group has low IL-2 content in comparetion with control group.(4) In the experiment of lymphocyte transform: Fuzhengxiaoliutang decoction can accelerate lymphocyte transform degree that PHA induced.compared with control group,the group- group distinctions have statistics meaning. However cyclophosphamide group has low rate of lymphocyte transform contentin comparetion with control group.CONCLUSION^ 1) Fuzhengxiaoliutang can inhibite clearly sarcoma-180.(2)it can prolong the lives of the Kunming mice bearing H22 in the abdominal cavity.(3)it can increase IL-2 content in spleen of the Kunming mice bearing sarcoma-180 cells and can accelerate lymphocyte transform degree that PHA induced.更多还原
