【摘要】 围绝经期是妇女从性机能成熟到衰退的转变时期,在此期间由于卵巢功能衰退而出现以植物神经系统功能紊乱为主的一组症候群,即所谓的“围绝经期综合征”,使妇女正常的工作、学习、生活受到严重影响。西药治疗主要是激素类药物,但长期应用存在潜在危险,本文探讨了针刺五脏俞对围绝经期综合征症状的改善,并对此治疗方法的安全性进行了探讨。 目的:观察针刺膀胱经五脏俞治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效和安全性。 方法:将40例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为针刺治疗组和西药对照组两组。治疗组采用针刺五脏俞治疗,对照组采用口服倍美力片治疗,观察两组治疗前后Kupperman评分的变化,血清血清雌二醇（E₂）、促卵泡激素（FSH）和促黄体生成素（LH）水平变化及治疗后的不良反应情况。 结果:治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率75.0%。治疗组治疗后血清E₂水平显著升高（P<0.01）,且与对照组治疗后相比差异显著（P<0.05）。Kupperman症状评分指数（MI）治疗组与对照组治疗后比较差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）,并且治疗组在不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论:说明针刺五脏俞治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效优于单纯使用药物倍美力治疗,针刺组没有不良反应而显著优于西药组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Perimenopausal period is a transformation period from sexual maturity to sexual deterioration of woman,during this period,it appears a group of symptums due to hypoovaria include the vegetative nerve functional disturbance,we call it "perimenopausal syndrome （PMS）", which is seriously influence the work and life of woman.The main treatment of westen medicine is hormonotherapy,but it has the potential danger for a long-term use.So in order to seek a safe and effective therapy,in this article we have a research on the therapeutic effects by acupuncturing on five-zang shu-points for the treatment of the PMS, and discuss the safety quality of this therapeutic method.Objective:To observe therapeutic effect and safety of the five-zang shu-points acupuncture for treatment of PM;S.Methods:40 cases of PMS were randomly divided into the acupuncture treatment group and the westen medicine control group two groups.The patients of the treatment group were treated by acupuncturing on five-zang shu-points,while the patients of the control group were treated by BeiMeiLi tablet.We observed their clinical symptoms, measured estradiol（ E₂） follile stimulating hormone （FSH） uteinizing hormone （LH） levels and their adverse reaction.Results: The total validity rate of treatment group is 90.0%,while the control group is 75.0%.The E₂ level in the treatment group has been increased greatly after treatment（P<0.01）, there is significant difference compared with the control group（P<0.05）.Also there is significantdifference between the two groups on the MI index and adverse reaction（P<0.05）.Conclusion: The therapeutic effects of acupuncturing on five-zang shu-points is significantly better than that of BeiMeiLi tablet,and without adverse reaction.更多还原
