【摘要】 药量是方剂的重要组成部分。药量大小影响了药力的大小,方剂药量的变化,可以影响其功效的发挥方向,甚至改变组成方中药物的君臣地位,从而使全方主治证及功用发生变化。关于药量的论述散见于各种文献当中,关于药量的研究仍停留在经验积累阶段,缺乏系统的总结,在一定程度上影响了方剂的继承和发展,有必要进行相关整理。 本课题通过几个不同角度对方剂药量问题进行探析:查阅古医籍中关于药量的论述与运用;检索现代有关方剂药量的理论探讨和实验研究以及临床用量经验;对教材所选方药量的解析论述进行举例分析;利用“中国方剂数据库”和Access数据库检索所有组成相同、药量不同方,初步整理、举例分析,探讨此研究方法的可行性。 方剂药量的变化对方剂的影响是多方面的,本文通过大规模不同文献的检索,查阅分析,对相关药量的研究进行初步总结,为进一步研究药量问题提供重要线索与信息,为临床处方用药提供参考和重视的基础。关于药量的研究远远不够,有待于展开讨论,拓宽研究的角度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dosage is an important ingredient of the formation of prescriptions. The dosage of a drug may influences the functions of the dosage of a drug. Increasing or decreasing the dosage of a drug in an established prescription without any change in its ingredients can change its potency or even its compatibility, as well as its action and indication. The discussion of the quantity of the drugs can be in scattered literary datum and the study about dosage still stay at the level of the accumulating of experience, Which affect on the development and inheritance of the science of prescriptions, so it is necessary to arrange the related literary data.This topic research investigated the questions about the dosage from the different aspects: Firstly, this study passes sorting and inducing the related literary data, aims at summing up the theories about dosage in the history of traditional Chinese medicine. Sencondly, it systemically researched modernistic theoretic and experimental studies related to the modification of dosage. Thirdly, it further inquiries into the related problem of dosage quoted from those classic presciptions. Forthly, many compound drugs that consist of no more than 11 drugs were retrieval from the Chinese Formula Database and all the prescriptions which are the same in ingredients while different in the doses were picked out with Access, and were ordered by composition of the prescriptions and divided into groups so as to discuss whether this research method is feasible or not.The effects that the modification of the dosage will exert are many-faceted. This topic basically demonstrated the law of compatibility of prescription on the basis of large amount research and material analysis, providing the important clues andinformations for studying essential question of modification of dosage, offering thoughts and bases for manipulating new prescription of this kinds. The research about modification of dosage is far from the development of the clinical pratice and need be further shrengthened.更多还原
