中频、微波数字移相器研究

【摘要】 移相器是相控阵雷达中的关键部件,其性能的优劣对相控阵雷达系统存在重要影响。本文主要对中频宽带五位数字移相器和Ku波段六位数字移相器进行了研究。考虑对相位误差和物理尺寸的要求,中频宽带五位数字移相器采用高通/低通滤波器形式和立体结构进行设计。本文对高通/低通滤波器型移相器设计原理和理论相位误差进行了分析,并根据设计结果,对中频宽带五位数字移相器进行了电路的设计、制作与测试,样品通过了电子5所的新品检验。实测结果表明:中频宽带五位数字移相器在60MHz±10MHz频率范围内,32个相位状态的插入损耗都低于2.3dB,幅度不平衡小于±0.3dB,相位误差小于±3.3度,输入和输出电压驻波比都小于1.7。所有指标均优于设计要求。另外,外形尺寸是40mmX30mmX20mm,比国内外同类产品的体积减小了30%以上。本文对加载线型、开关线型和反射型移相器进行了分析研究,并针对开关线型移相器的缺陷,提出了一种加载式的开关线型移相器设计方法,不但便于对电路进行调试,也减小了一定带宽内的相位误差。本文对5.625度和45度相移位采用主线加载的加载线形式,对90度相移位采用3dB支线耦合器形式和加载式的开关线形式,对180度相移位采用加载式的开关线形式,分别进行了五个单元电路的设计、制作与测试。并根据单元电路实测结果,综合考虑Ku波段六位数字移相器的技术指标要求,确定了整体电路的设计方案。最后,按照所确定的方案对Ku波段六位数字移相器进行了电路的设计、制作与测试。测试结果表明:在15GHz±100MHz频率范围内,Ku波段六位数字移相器的所有相移位(64个)的插入损耗都小于6dB,幅度不平衡小于±0.9dB,输入端和输出端的驻波比也都小于1.92。另外,所有相移位在中心频率15GHz处的相位误差都小于±3.4度。所有指标均优于设计要求,且与国外单片性能相当。

【Abstract】 Phase shifter is a key component of phased-array radar. It’s performance has direct effects to phased-array radar system. In this thesis, research on the IF broad-band five-bit digital phase shifter and Ku-band six-bit digital phase shifter is presented.In order to meet the requirement of phase-error and physical dimension, high-pass/low-pass filter phase shifter and solid-structure are applied in the design of IF broad-band five-bit digital phase shifter. Analysis of the design theory and theoretic phase-error are carried out in this paper. Based on the design results, the circuit design, assembling and testing are given as well, and samples pass the verification of fifth graduate school.For the 32 phase states, within the frequency band of 60MHz±10MHz, the insertion loss of the phase shifter is lower than 2.3dB, The imbalance of scope is lower than±0.3dB, The phase error is better than±3.3 degree, The input/output VSWR is lower than 1.7. Physical dimension is 40mmX30mmX20mm. All of performances are better than design requirements, and its volume reduce 30% more compared with like products.The loaded-line-type, switched-line-type and reflection-type phase shifters are studied in this thesis. Considering the defect of loaded-line phase shifter, a new type of switched-line with loaded-line phase shifter is proposed in this thesis. This design not only make advantageous debugging of circuit, but also minimize phase-error in a given frequency band. Five cell circuits are designed, fabricated and tested, including 5.625 degree and 45 degree using loaded-line phase shifter, 90 degree using 3dB branch-line coupler phase shifter, 90 degree and 180 degree using switched-line with loaded-line phase shifter. According to the testing result of cell circuits, and requirement of Ku-band six-bit digital phase shifter, the scheme for Ku-band six-bit digital phase shifter is chosen. Finally, the phase shifter is fabricated and tested.The measured results show that: Within the frequency band of 15GHz±100MHz, for the 64 phase states, the insertion loss of the phase shifter is lower than 6dB, The imbalance of scope is lower than±0.9dB, The input/output VSWR is lower than 1.92. Moreover, at the mid-frequency of 15GHz, the maximum of the phase error is lower than±3.4 degree. All of performances are better than design requirements.
