真空灭弧室真空度在线检测研究

【摘要】 真空开关以其无以伦比的优点在输变电电网中压领域得到了大量的应用,其核心部件——真空灭弧室作为一种无源电真空器件,影响其可靠性的主要因素是真空度。真空中的绝缘强度与真空度有着密切的联系。因此,真空灭弧室的真空度是保证真空开关绝缘性能和灭弧性能的重要技术指标。运行中的真空开关,其真空灭弧室的真空度若低于一定数量级,就可能导致真空开关不能正常开断电路,而影响配电系统的正常供电,这将造成极大的危害。本文从真空测量的基础理论出发,结合真空灭弧室结构和真空开关使用的特殊性,提出了应用潘宁放电原理在线测量真空灭弧室真空度。首先,通过对潘宁放电原理的研究,设计了适用于真空灭弧室在线检测真空度的真空传感器,并对真空传感器进行了校正,得到其真空度-离子流对应曲线。其次,从真空灭弧室真空度在线检测的目的和简洁实用出发,设计在线检测的控制方式。并在此基础上,构建了真空灭弧室真空度在线检测系统。最后,通过对比方式验证本在线检测系统真空测量的准确性;通过模拟实际使用状态,验证了本在线检测系统的抗干扰性能。试验效果较为理想。本文第一章介绍了真空灭弧室真空度在线检测的背景和动机,及其目前国内外的研究现状,分别指出了其各种方式的优势和不足之处。重点阐明了在线检测在真空灭弧室上的重要性和研究的可行性,并给出全文的大纲。第二章首先介绍了真空灭弧室的基本结构和工作原理,及其真空度在真空灭弧室中的重要性。介绍了真空测量的相关基础理论,并重点阐述了冷阴极电离真空规管的基本原理和特性。同时针对真空计的校准,对常用的两种方式进行了对比分析。最后介绍磁性材料的主要性能。第三章着重介绍了潘宁放电原理在真空灭弧室真空度在线检测上的应用。从
【Abstract】 Because of its huge advantages, vacuum breaker is largely applied in the middle voltage domain of power transformer electrical network. Vacuum interrupter, which is the key component of a vacuum breaker, is a passive electronic vacuum device. The primary factor that affects the reliability is the vacuum degree.The insulation strength in vacuum is closely connected with the vacuum degree. So, the vacuum degree in a vacuum interrupter is an important technology index that ensures the vacuum breaker functions of insulation and arc suppressing. If the vacuum degree of the vacuum interrupter, which is used online in a vacuum breaker, is lower than an amount of magnitude, it will lead to the vacuum breaker cannot switch off normally. This will affect and damage to the power transformer system working in order.On the theory of vacuum measurement, with the structure of a vacuum interrupter and the specific characteristic of using a vacuum breaker, vacuum degree on-line measurement in a vacuum interrupter applying the theory of Penning discharge is advanced in this article. First, the vacuum sensor suitable for vacuum degree on-line measurement in the vacuum interrupter is devised by the researches on Panning discharge. Then the vacuum sensor is calibrated, and also the corresponding curve which indicates that the vacuum degree respond to the current of the electric discharge is got. Next, the control mode of on-line measurement is devised for the purpose of on-line measurement in a vacuum interrupter and the concision utility. Also, a system of vacuum degree on-line measurement in a vacuum interrupter is built. Finally, the accuracy of the vacuum degree on-line measurement system is test and verified by the mode of contrast, and the capability of resistance to interference is test by imitated the running condition. The result of experiment is very good.In chapter 1, the background and inducement of vacuum degree on-line measurement in a vacuum interrupter is introduced.
