【摘要】 在过去的20年中,生态旅游作为旅游可持续发展的一种模式,强调回归大自然和保护大自然,强调旅游活动要与社会、经济、生态协调共进,这体现了人与自然和谐相处、旅游与环境协调发展的原则,因而得到了世界各国的普遍重视。住宿是生态旅游的一个重要环节,最适的生态旅游住宿模式一旦形成,不仅能引导旅游者在生态旅游中的住宿投入,还能极大减少旅游与保护之间的矛盾,创造巨大的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益。本文结合国内外生态旅游的具体实践,对生态旅游的住宿模式进行了研究和探讨,一方面旨在弥补国内的空白,一方面也为世界同类研究提供补充。 论文的第一部分主要阐述了生态旅游兴起的原因、生态旅游的概念和内涵、生态旅游的国内外实践、以及国内外学者对生态旅游研究的概况;还分析了中国目前生态旅游住宿的现状,包括住宿的基本类型,以及现存的能源消耗大、环境污染重、资金浪费大、与自然景观不协调等问题;同时也说明了本文研究的主要内容和目的意义。 论文的第二部分提出了研究中所遵循的6点理念,即“保护第一、地方特色、可持续发展、以人为本、回归自然、服务一体化”;还介绍了研究中所使用的“资料查阅、问卷调查、实地考察、特尔菲法”等4种研究和分析方法。 论文的第三部分是本研究的核心内容,主要揭示了5个方面的研究结果。首先,根据问卷调查和实地考察,分析了中国生态旅游中游人对住宿的喜好和选择情况,并有针对性地提出了5点住宿地选址的规划设计原则;其次,通过对游人特点的调查分析与比较,还提出另外5点有关住宿产品方面的设计原则。并对7种形式的住宿产品提出了适合于中国国情的设计建议和预测:第三,对中国生态旅游进行了4个分区的区划,并对旅游区内的住宿设施在空间布局上提出了3点规划方案;第四,提出了3点生态旅游住宿上的能源最小化建议,并具体分析和介绍了6种新型能源的住宿设计;第五,提出了如何处理生态旅游地区污水和固体废弃物的问题,并提出了适合于中国的生态厕所的设计建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Over the past 20 years, ecotourism as one mode of sustainable development, putting emphasis on that returns to nature and protects the nature, and emphasizing that tourist activity should develop coordinately with society , economy , and ecology , which reflects the principle that people get along with nature harmonious and tourism develop with environment in harmony, has got the general attention of the tourism organizations of different countries, developing fast in the countries all over the world , especially in developing countries. Accommodation is an important link of the ecotourism .The optimum ecotourism, not only can lead tourist to spend money in accommodation , but also can reduce the contradiction between travel and protect , create enormous ecological benefits , social benefit and economic benefits. Thesis combine domestic and international ecotourism situation, take accommodation as the research emphasis, so as to remedy the domestic blank, at the same time offer and supplement the similar research in the world too. The thesis is divided into three parts:The first part of the paper has mainly explained the reason why the ecotourism arising, ecotourism concept, ecotourism intension, the eco-tourism practice, international scholar studying situation;and also analyzed the current eco-tourism accommodation situation including the basic accommodation type ,extant energy consumption , heavy environmental pollution is, the large wastes of fund , and incongruous question of natural landscape;Main content and purpose are also explained in this part at the same time.The second part of the thesis has put forward 6 ideas, " protect first, local characteristic, sustainable development, human-oriented, returning to nature , and serving integrating ";and also introduced 4 research and analytical methods " look into the books , questionnaire investigation , investigate , getting special Delphi law on the spot"The third part of the thesis is a key content of this article, mainly announce the results. First of all , have analyzed the accommodation preference of the Chinese ecotourism visitor, according to questionnaire investigation and then has put forward the planning design principles of selecting site;Secondly , through to investigation and analysis and comparison of visitor’s characteristic , also put forward the design principle of the products to cater for China’s actual conditionspropose and predict to 7 accommodation products;Third, go on 4 sectional zoning for eco-tourism destination in China, and lodging facilities in tourist zone propose 3 programmes at the overall arrangement in space;Fourth, put forward 3 pieces of advice on accommodation energy minimize , and have made a concrete analysis of 6 kinds of new energy accommodation;The fifth, has put forward how to deal with the problem of regional sewage and solid offal of eco-tourism, have proposed a suitable ecological toilet of China.更多还原
