旅游公路景观环境评价方法研究

【摘要】 公路项目建设在促进地域经济发展的同时,会造成沿线的环境、生态以及景观等方面的负面影响。由于公路景观环境是一个复杂的多重要素的系统,要科学、全面地对其进行分析,难度很大。目前我国对公路建设项目景观环境评价的理论和方法还不够完善,所以要积极探索公路景观环境评价的新技术、新方法,应用高新技术,完善公路景观环境评价方法。 本论文结合西部交通建设科技项目公路生态景观恢复技术的研究,基于已建立的沿线景观评价体系,应用3S技术对旅游公路沿线的景观评价因子进行调查与管理,在构建了研究区域GIS平台上,选用民意测验法、层次分析法和主成分分析法分别对旅游公路景观环境进行评价。通过对三种方法的评价结果分析比较,得出三者具有一致性,说明三种方法的适应性、可靠性和准确性。 本论文论述了3S技术在公路景观环境数据采集、管理和评价中的应用,详细阐述了层次分析法和主成分分析法进行景观评价的过程。本论文的主要工作和研究成果:(1) 应用3S进行因子选择与管理,以GIS为平台运用民意测验法对公路景观环境评价;(2) 运用层次分析法和主成分分析法对公路景观进行评价,通过对比验证了评价方法的有效性。 旅游公路景观环境评价是一个全新的课题,没有固定的模式,设计方法、理论认识还不够成熟。本论文采用的景观环境评价方法的特点是评价方法简单易用,并且充分利用公众参与,使评价结果更加合理,同时使公路景观评价变得直观、方便。该方法同样适用于其他公路的景观环境评价,为今后公路设计、施工、景观恢复和美化等提供指导。
【Abstract】 Construction of the highway can accelerate economy of clime, but it will result in effect of environment and highway landscape ecology. Because landscape of highway is a complex system, so it is difficulty to analyze them completely. Nowadays, because there aren’t many methods which can give us a comprehensive environment evaluation, so we must find new methods, technologies.This paper based on west science and technology project research reconstruction of highway landscape ecology. It is based on the evaluation gene which is according to the investigation and analyzed on the travel highway. Applying 3S technology to manager evaluate gene, it conceives a flat of GIS, applying public-opinion poll analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis to travel highway landscape. Comparing three results of evaluation, acquire coherence between them, so it explains flexibility, reliability and veracity.The paper discusses 3S technologies in the field of highway landscape environment evaluation and environment data acquiring, data managing and evaluation. It expatiate the analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis in the landscape evaluation in details. The main work and research results include:(1) Applying 3S technologies to select and manage of gene, based on flat of GIS, applying public-opinion poll to evaluate landscape environment(2) Applying analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis in the landscape evaluation, it gives the validity of methods.Tourist high way landscape evaluation and visual effects are both new problems. And there aren’t fixed modes and mature design methods and theories for them. This paper discusses the evaluation on road sight, which will make the evaluation and design for road sight more intuitionistic and more convenient. These methods may also be applied to the evaluation on road strategic environment and district environment, and every stage of road layout, construction, and management.
