生物质锥式闪速裂解反应器建模与仿真研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展,工程技术已经从二维CAD设计发展到三维动态结构设计。仿真开始用于制造系统起始于50年代末,而在80年代取得了更大的进步。使用虚拟样机技术可以在设计阶段预测产品的性能,优化设计产品,缩短产品的研制周期,节约费用。对实际的制造环境建模,研究人员可以用仿真手段对制造系统中的某些方案进行测试、比较、监控、评估,从而改变和挑选制造策略。 本文在国家863计划“集成式生物质多重闪速热解液化生产生物燃油新技术(2001AA514060)”项目的支持下,对生物质锥式闪速裂解反应器进行建模与仿真研究。国内外对旋转锥的研究都取得了一定的成果,本论文采用了新的研究方法,用先进的动力学仿真软件——ADAMS软件,建立了旋转锥和热载体模型,进而可以对机械零件进行开发研究。随后对热载体进行力学分析,确定出对其所施加的力,然后选择正确的约束进行动力学仿真,观察热载体在高速转锥内的螺旋旋转运动轨迹,得出固体滞留期和转锥转速之间的配比关系。改变转锥锥角和转锥转速,得出锥角、转速和固体滞留期之间的配比关系。选择正确的约束,确定合理的目标函数,进行优化分析,从而得出锥角、转速和固体滞留期三者最佳的配比关系,从而确定出最佳参数,以达到设计的要求。 本论文对生物质锥式闪速裂解反应器的建模与仿真研究,为我国对生物质锥式闪速裂解反应器的研究提供了新的方法及技术基础,为分析和设计相同的装置,提供了重要的参考。

【Abstract】 With the development of the science and technology , the project technology has already developped from the designs of the two-dimensional CAD to the three dimensional dynamic structural design,At the end of 1950’s, simulation has been employed into the manufacture system. Simulation has made a great progress in the 1980’s. Technology of virtual prototype can forecast product performance in the design stage of product, optimize design of product, reduce cycle of the research and manufacture of product and save the expense. The researcher makes the modeling of actual manufacture environment, and can test, compare, monitor and evaluate some plans of the manufacture system by means of simulation method, thus can change and choose manufacture strategy.Under the support of national 863 project item "the new technology by integrated biomass repeated flash prolysis and liquefaction to product bio-oil (2001AA514060)", the dissertation author research modeling and simulation of rotating cone flash prolysis reactor for biomass. Domestic and foreign research for rotating cone has got some achievements. The dissertationadopted a new research method, with advanced software of dynamics simulation------ADAMS software, established the model of rotating cone and heat carrier, so the development and research to the machine parts was allowed to conduct. The dissertation author carries on mechanics analysis of the heat carrier, confirms force of exerting on heat carrier, then chooses correct restraint and carries on dynamics simulation. The helix rotary motion orbit of heat carrier in high speed rotating cone can be observed. The allocated proportion relations between solid residence time and speed of rotating cone can be obtained. The dissertation author changes angle of rotating cone and speed of rotating cone, and the allocated proportion relations among angle of rotating cone, speed of rotating cone and solid residence time can be obtained. The dissertation author chooses the correct restraint, confirms the reasonable objective function, and carries on the optimized analysis, thus the best allocated proportions relations among angle of rotating cone, speed of rotating cone and solid residence time can be obtained, thus the best parameter can be determined, so the request of design can be achieved.The dissertation thesis author research modeling and simulation of rotating cone flash prolysis reactor for biomass, which will offer a new method and technology basis for our country on research of rotating cone flash prolysis reactor for biomass, which will also provide the important reference for the analyzing and designing the same unit.
