汽车淋雨试验系统能量转换的分析研究

【摘要】 本文探讨了能量转换的质级关系,根据能量转换的质级关系理论设计出淋雨试验室的喷淋装置,目的是使喷淋装置各个喷嘴能够保持均匀的喷射流量,同时使得能量得到有效的利用。然后应用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS与淋雨试验室喷淋装置的设计相结合,利用CAE技术得到了一套具有一定的理论价值和实用意义的仿真系统。 本系统用ANSYS软件对根据能量的质级转换理论设计的淋雨试验室喷淋系统进行了模拟仿真,对侧面、顶面和底面分别选择了一个喷淋管路进行模拟仿真。同时为了体现不同管路直径的大小对应不同的喷淋效果,作了侧面和顶面直径分别为50mm、60mm、40mm,底面直径分别为30mm、40mm、20mm的数值模拟。本文在用ANSYS软件对喷淋管路进行建模时,采用了参数化设计的方法,既将模型的各个参数用变量的形式表示出来,可对各个参数根据用户的要求进行随意的调整,从而得出不同需求的设计。这样就减少了设计成本,缩短了产品设计和分析的循环周期,增加了产品和工程的可靠性,降低了材料的消耗和成本,还可以在产品制造和工程施工前预先发现潜在的问题并能得到及时地解决。利用流体力学的相似原理,按一定的比例缩小构建出实物模型,这样可以节省试验费用和试验空间。再将试验结果与模拟仿真结果进行对比。通过试验验证了本文所设计的喷淋装置各个喷嘴的喷射流量是均匀的。

【Abstract】 The first explored the quality level of energy conversion relations, according to the quality level of energy conversion relations theory devised drenched laboratory spray to pour devices, designed to provide spray to pour installation of various nozzles to maintain homogeneous jet flow, and makes effective use of energy. And then applied to a large and in general use finite element analysis (FEA) software ANSYS and drenched laboratory design spray to pour devices combined with the use of automated technologies to be a certain theoretical value and practical significance of the simulation system.Under the system used ANSYS software to the quality level of energy conversion theory designed drenched laboratory and finally make a simulation to the side, the top and the bottom which choice a spray to pour pipeline respectively, in line simulation. Diameter pipeline in order to reflect the different size counterpart different results finally made side and top face diameter of 25mm, 30mm, 20mm and 15mm diameter substrates, 20mm and 10mm Numerical Simulation. The use of ANSYS software in a line of spray to pour pipeline modeling, using the parameters of the design approach is to model the various parameters used in the form of variables that out of the various parameters on the basis of users may request random adjustment and thus demand different design. This would reduce the design costs and shorten the product design and analysis cycle, increase the reliability of products and engineering, material consumption and lower cost, but also in product manufacturing and construction found potential problems in advance and can be timely resolved.Finally using hydrodynamics similar principles and by reducing the proportion of a certain kind of model, which would save the cost of experiments and experimental space. Further make a comparison of experimental results and simulate results analysis. Through this pilot certification of various nozzles designed factory installations of the jet flow is homogeneous.
