长春邮政储蓄ATM布局优化和规范化维护设计研究

【摘要】 随着社会不断进步,消费水平不断提高,人们对自动取款机的需求不断增加。但是目前自动取款机的布局不合理和缺少统一的维护规范,产生自动取款机利用率不高,维修时间长,维护成本大,资源浪费等现象,影响整个邮政系统的服务形象。通过调查长春市邮政局自动取款机运营状况,发现长春市邮政局有些网点的自动取款机业务量和取款额很少,利用率不高,而很多支局业务十分繁忙却没有足够的自动取款机。并且在业务繁忙支局中,由于自动取款机维修方式、方法不得当,突出了自动取款机利用率的问题。为了解决上述问题,本文通过查阅大量的相关文献和资料,整理了长春市邮政局自动取款机运营状况的数据,分析了长春市邮政储蓄自动取款机的布局状况和维护现状。运用工业工程学的设备布局理论,总结出了影响自动取款机布局的因素,运用运筹学规划的方法优化长春市邮政储蓄ATM的布局。同时,在结合全面生产维修制度的理论和ISO9001质量认证体系的基础上,对长春市邮政储蓄自动取款机的维护规范、故障处理流程和操作流程进行了详细设计。
【Abstract】 As society progresses, the level of consumption, people on automated-teller-machine (ATM) increasing demand. There are 1.5 million current global automatic teller machines, and every seven minutes on increasing one. Annual automatic teller machines to withdraw funds nearly 700 billion U.S. dollars. Social service needs of ATM equipment also increased. Postal savings are invincible in the fierce competition requires postal enterprises are continuously expanding the area of services, a strong sense of service, improve service quality and to further improve the ATM service, efficient management and preservation switch from terms of both quality and quantity improve services.It is divided into six chapters. Changchun City Post Office to resolve the major automated-teller-machine layout and maintenance problems.Chapter I presented the main significance of the study and research ideas. Currently automated-teller-machine layout unreasonable maintenance and the lack of unified standards, resulting in low utilization of automated-teller-machine maintenance time, the cost of maintaining large waste of resources such phenomena affect the entire postal system service image.This article utilizes the industry engineering the production facility layout theory to study ATM the layout optimization, through the inspection, investigates and studies the Changchun postal savings various mesh points ATM movement situation and the maintenance condition, reorganizes analyzes ATM and the branch office mesh point data, the utilization operations research
