【摘要】 河南省国家级贫困县初中由于经费投入不足导致场地器材等基础体育设施不完善,因而使那些需要一定场地器材辅助的运动项目的教学工作难于开展,从而使不太受场地器材限制的田径运动成为支撑日常教学工作的主要内容。运用文献法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑方法等研究方法,对新课标形势下河南省国家级贫困县初中开展田径课教学的现状进行调查,并通过对现状的分析,探讨影响田径课教学开展的因素,同时,从发展的角度分析能够推动其开展的优势,并依据分析结果提出改善不利因素和发挥优势的对策,希望有助于改变田径课教学目前的现状,这对于推进我省国家级贫困县体育教学改革的进程、实现全民健身的宏伟战略具有重要的现实意义。研究结果表明,河南省国家级贫困县初中体育教师的年龄和学历层次基本合理,但缺口依然很大,将对田径课教学的开展和新课标全面顺利实施产生不利影响;新课标在河南省国家级贫困县初中的实施情况不能令人满意,原因在于除了田径课,其他几大类课程由于必要的设施的缺失,无法进行正常的教学活动,从而使田径课教学的优势凸现出来;虽然田径课目前是河南省国家级贫困县初中体育教学工作的主要内容,但由于教学内容竞技化、教学方法简单化等原因,教学效果不能令人满意。针对这些情况,我们认为,在树立竞技运动教材化的同时,应加强教学方法和手段的多元化,不仅对传统项目进行有效的改造、组合和创新,还应结合当地的自然环境优势将新增的田径运动项目引进到教学中去,充分发掘田径运动的生活性和健身性,将会有利于田径运动的普及。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of imperfect of court and equipments in national-level poor counties in Henan Province, it makes of the teaching of sports that need specific court and equipments unfolding difficultly, so the Track and Field becomes mostly contents of daily sports work.In this thesis the methods of documents, investigation, statistics, and logic are used, I analyzed the advantage of launching track and field sports teaching in poverty-stricken areas of Henan Province under the situation of New Course Standard, hoping to contribute to improving the present situation of track and field sports, promote the process of sports teaching and reform in poverty-stricken areas, and push the implementation of New Course Standard smoothly in an all-round way.Investigation indicates: the age and educational level of sports teachers are in reason, but it has very big nick, it will makes disadvantage infection for the implementation of New Course Standard; The implementation of New Course Standard was not good, the reason consists the others courses can’t be carried out naturally but Track and Field course; Although Track and Field course is mostly content of sports teaching, the effect is no good due to the teaching content and means. So I consider we should use manifold teaching means at the same time buiding up the concept that athletics become teaching, fetch in the new sports with local entironment predominance at the same time changing, combinating, inaugurating efficiencilly tridinational sports, dig out the existencility and exuberancility fully ,it is in favor of unfolding of Track and Field teaching.Although there have a good many infaust factors on outlay, teacher, court, equipments in national-level poor countries, New Course Standard carrying out and Track and Field course unfolding are not come true with development insight.更多还原
