【摘要】 本文通过对转型期的社会特点、当代人生存理念的转变以及当前学校道德教育改革的分析,提出了21世纪之初的学校道德教育应以青少年自主选择性道德人格的生成与确立为主要目标,实现向自主选择性道德人格培育的转向,使学校道德教育获得与时代发展的主旋律相符合的品性与意蕴。作者认为,选择以培育青少年自主选择性道德人格作为当前我国学校道德教育的基本取向,这不仅是德育理论上的探索与发展,更在于它是社会转型时期我国学校道德教育改革的现实需要。青少年自主选择性道德人格的培育强调教育者的价值引导与学生道德人格自主建构的和谐统一;强调只有在现实生活中才有青少年自主选择性道德人格生成与确立的源头活水;强调人与人之间的关系,特别是师生关系、责任关系在自主选择性道德人格生成中的作用与价值;强调道德教育的超越性,把理想、信仰、价值、意义等作为自主选择性道德人格追求的终极目标。自主选择性道德人格的培育以完善学生的道德自我意识、激发学生的道德选择需要、提高学生的道德选择能力、强化学生的道德责任意识为具体方法。总之,青少年自主选择性道德人格的培育作为道德人格在现时代的具体实践形态,它所表达得既是实然意义上的教育目标,又是应然的意义上对道德教育所作的价值追求。论文共分为四部分:第一部分,青少年自主选择性道德人格释义。首先,对相关概念进行了厘定;然后,重点探讨了自主选择性道德人格所具有的独立性、责任性、关系性和超越性的基本特征。第二部分,青少年自主选择性道德人格培育的出场语境。从实施自主选择性道德人格培育的合理性、可能性和必要性三个方面进行了分析。第三部分,青少年自主选择性道德人格的异化与归因分析。首先,通过对现有文献的分析和调查,对当前部分青少年自主选择性道德人格异化的表现进行了归纳;然后,从市场经济的负面影响、现实道德教育的缺陷和学生道德修养的欠缺三个方面分析了自主选择性道德人格异化的原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the character of social transformation, the changing of modern people’s existing idea and the reforms in school moral education, this thesis provides the main aims of school moral education at the beginning of the 21 century. The author thinks that regarding the adolescence’s moral personality of self-choice as our moral education’s basic aim is not only the pursuit and development of the theory of moral education, but also the realistic necessity of moral education reform in the period of social transformation. Training the adolescence’s moral personality of self-choice emphasizes the coordination of the educators’value guide and the adolescence’s self-construction of moral personality; It emphasizes that only in the realistic life can the adolescence’s moral personality of self-choice be formed; It emphasizes that the relationships among people, especially the one between teachers and students, and the relationship of responsibility play an important role in training the adolescence’s moral personality of self-choice; It emphasizes moral education’s surpass, regarding belief, value, meaningfulness as the final aim of moral personality of self-choice. To train the adolescence’s moral character of self-choice, we often adopt the following ways: consummate the adolescence’s self-awareness, stimulate their moral need, and enhance their ability of moral to choose and their awareness of responsibility. Above all, it’s necessary for us to train the adolescence’s moral personality of self-choice now.
