【摘要】 在当今国际舞台上,东盟(ASEAN)已日益崛起,成为亚太地区一支引人注目的力量。中国是亚太地区的大国,东盟作为我国最重要的周边地区之一,其崛起不能不引起我们的高度重视。中国与东盟关系的发展与加强,不仅有利于亚太地区的和平、稳定与繁荣,对我国来说也意义深远。如何全面认识和把握中国与东盟国家的关系,推动新世纪中国与东盟的睦邻互信友好就显得尤为现实和紧迫。建构主义(constructivism)是20世纪90年代发展起来的国际关系理论。经过了10余年的发展,建构主义已成为推动国际关系理论向纵深发展的强劲学派。目前,国内对建构主义国际关系理论的研究多是集中在对理论本身的介绍和评价上,较少涉及运用该理论对国际关系现实问题进行研究;对中国与东盟关系的研究也多停留在对其历史的回顾及发展现状的现象概括上。鉴于建构主义对当今世界和中国问题具有很强的解释力和借鉴作用,因此,笔者希望通过运用建构主义国际关系理论对我国与东盟关系的发展及其前景进行分析和研究。论文的第一部分重点是对建构主义国际关系理论进行概括性地介绍。其中包括建构主义的起源、发展与主要流派,建构主义的主要研究方法及其基本的理论体系,以期读者能够借此对建构主义有一个初步地了解。在第一部分的最后介绍了目前建构主义在国内的研究现状,指出建构主义为中国问题的研究提供了新的视角。论文的第二部分是运用建构主义国际关系理论对中国与东盟的关系发展进行研究和解析。通过对中国与东盟关系发展的背景、历史和现状的分析,以及对中国和东盟各自从中获得的利益的论述,我们可以看出建构主义国际关系理论,尤其是其国家利益理论和国际体系理论在中国与东盟的关系发展中得到了某些印证。因此,在论文的最后一部分,笔者运用建构主义理论,主要是其国际和平理论的主张对中国与东盟关系发展的前景进行了大胆的展望。中国与东盟的关系发更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,on the international stage, the influence of ASEAN is becoming increasingly prominent. As a big country in the Asian-Pacific area, China always lays emphasis on the Asian-Pacific area, one of the most important neighboring areas of China. To develop a good relationship with ASEAN is not only beneficial for the peace, stability and prosperity of the Asian-Pacific area, but also significant for China. How to understand and handle the relationships with the members of ASEAN is of great importance for the steady development of Sino-ASEAN mutual-trust partnership in the new century.Constructivism is a new theoretical school of in the research field of international relationships which first appeared in 1990s. With its 10 odd years development, Constructivism has formed a complete knowledge system. And it has also become the motivation for the development of theories on international relationships. Nowadays, in China, the Constructivism research is mainly concerned about the introduction and evaluation of the theory itself, however, the Constructivism research on international issues is rare. Meanwhile, the current research on the Sino-ASEAN relationships in China mainly focuses on the history and current development of the Sino-ASEAN relationships. Therefore, in this paper, the Constructivism analysis and research on the development and prospect of the Sino-ASEAN relationships is conducted by virtue of the theory on international relationships—Constructivism.This paper, in the first part, the theory of Constructivism is briefly introduced, including the origin, development, main schools, research methods and theoretical system of constructivism. And in the end of this part, the current situation of Constructivism in China is introduced.In the second part, the Sino-ASEAN relationship is analyzed by virtue of the theory of Constructivism.
