【摘要】 目前我国体育系统人才培养体系日益萎缩,而CUBA联赛水平较低还不能承担为职业联赛培养队员的重任,因此中国大学生超级篮球联赛应运而生。大超联赛是我国篮球联赛中的新事物,本文的研究,将为我们了解大超联赛管理体制和运行机制的现状,发现﹑分析和解决大超联赛目前存在的问题有着重要的意义。本文采用文献法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以大超联赛管理体制与运行机制为研究对象,调查访问了大超联赛组委会人员、参赛队队员、教练员、部分CUBA联赛教练员以及部分篮球方面的专家,对大超联赛的队员情况、运动队管理情况、联赛体制与管理情况等问题进行了研究。本文从联赛赛制、联赛经费、联赛商业化、联赛管理、联赛社会影响力等几个方面把大超联赛与CUBA联赛进行了比较研究,提出了大超联赛进一步发展的对策和建议。本文得出如下结论:1、大超联赛的开展对于培养篮球人才,为我国参加世界大学生运动会直接提供队员都有着积极的意义。2、大超联赛的开展打破了CUBA联赛一统天下的局面,可以与CUBA联赛形成竞争,有利于促使双方办好联赛,进一步提高大学生篮球运动水平。3、大超联赛初步构建了以主客场制为主的赛制框架体系,取得了一定的效果。4、大超联赛参赛队员中职业队队员占有相当的比例,造成职业运动员回炉,没有起到发现培养篮球苗子的更大作用,不能为我国篮球运动注入新鲜的血液。5、大超联赛对参赛运动员的级别、年龄,要求过于宽松,招收的运动员文化课成绩普遍较差,运动员的学训矛盾问题突出。6、目前大超联赛在竞赛制度、经费投入方面要好于CUBA联赛。7、目前大超联赛的联赛规模较小,没有女子比赛,社会影响力不及CUBA联赛。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present the talented person education system by PE organization in our country has shrinked.but the CUBA league matches’s level is low still can not to undertake to foster athlete for profession league matches,so the greatly super league matches has been maded. It is the newly emerging things in our country basketball league matches .The article have important meaning for us to know the management system and operational mechanism of the super league matches and find and solve the question of league.This article use the method of literature,Investigation,Mathematical statistics,logical analysis and so on.The article take the management system and operational mechanism of greatly super league matches as research target.The article research and visit the league matches’s organizing committee personnels,athletes,coachs,part CUBA league matches’s coachs and part specialist.The article study the athlete’s situation, management of the basketball team, league matches system and administration situation and so on. The article through the league matches’s competition system, League matches’s outlay, League matches’s business, eague matches’s administration to compare the CUBA league matches and the greatly super league matches. The article pointed out the greatly super league matches ’s preponderance and defect, refered the countermeasure and proposal of the university basketball super league matches’s development. The article obtain the following conclusion:1. The greatly super league matches launched have great sense to foster basketball athletes and let our country joins world university student’s games.2.
